Spacious and peaceful 4 bedroom home with a private pool located on a quiet, family friendly residential street in Tomball, Texas. This thoughtfully designed two story home offers the perfect balance of comfort, space, and convenience, making it ideal for families, small groups, business travelers, or extended stays.

The home features four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, with a layout that allows guests to spread out while still enjoying shared spaces. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor, providing added privacy and easy access. Upstairs you will find the remaining bedrooms along with a spacious game room that is perfect for relaxing, unwinding, or spending time together. Open living and dining areas create a comfortable setting for meals, conversation, and downtime, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking and everyday use.

One of the highlights of the home is the private backyard. Guests can enjoy a custom in ground swimming pool, a fully fenced yard that offers privacy and peace of mind, and patio seating that is perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing after a long day. Please note that the swimming pool is seasonally closed from December through February due to winter conditions.

Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom on the main floor, a queen bed in one upstairs bedroom, bunk beds with two doubles and two twins in another bedroom, and a bunk bed with a double and a twin in the fourth bedroom. All bedrooms include comfortable bedding, storage space, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

The home offers two full bathrooms and one half bath. Fresh towels, toiletries, and essential supplies are provided for your stay. Additional amenities include high speed Wi Fi, central heating and air conditioning, a smart TV for streaming, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a coffee maker, washer and dryer, and keyless self check in. Driveway parking is available.

Guests have full access to the main house only, including all interior living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining spaces, game room, backyard, pool, and patio. The apartment located above the garage is not included in this rental and is strictly off limits at all times. This space is separate from the home and may be occupied or secured independently. Any attempt to access the garage apartment is a violation of house rules and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

For safety and insurance purposes, exterior only cameras are installed around the outside of the home facing the front entry, driveway, and perimeter areas. There are no cameras inside the home and none facing the pool area.

The home is centrally located in Tomball, offering convenient access to Historic Downtown Tomball, local restaurants and cafes, boutique shops, grocery stores, parks, walking trails, and major roadways including Highway 249 and the Grand Parkway. The location provides a peaceful residential setting with easy access to the greater Houston area.

This property is located in a residential neighborhood, and guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors at all times. Quiet hours and occupancy limits are strictly enforced. No smoking is permitted. Parties or events are not allowed without prior approval. Pets are only allowed with prior approval if applicable. All pool safety rules must be followed, and minimum rental age requirements apply.
