I am sorry that you were upset about your stay. as the on-site manager accommodated you in every way except letting you check in hours early for free. there are other units besides yours that were being cleaned and you were informed that if the cleaning was done early and you could get in there as soon as it was. But if you wanted to prioritize yours I would have to have my cleaning people stop what they were doing to focus solely on yours to get it done early, so yes there was a $19.99 earlier arrival fee if you needed, I have the messages where you say that it's okay that you would just be here at 3:00, which is still an hour earlier then a lot of properties check in. there was never any issues brought to my property manager during your stay as he messaged you asking you if there was anything you needed to let him know. on top of that you also did not follow the checkout instructions of putting the linens in a pile and taking the trash out and there were dirty dishes left in the sink, But yet you were not charged the fee for not following the checkout instructions. while I do respect your opinion, I feel that a three-star review is a little harsh for a stay in which you had no issues other than not being prioritized to an early check-in for free. we appreciate your stay and hope you have a blessed day.

Not a bad place for a short stay. We stayed one night. Had all of the basics for what you need. Easy walk into town - maybe 20 minutes at most.

why only 4 star? You asked for an early check-in, and despite there being 3 other units, The property manager accommodated you and made sure you were able to get in by 1 instead of three. Anything less then 5 puts a negative look upon us. If no negative experience,but the team went above and beyond to accommodate, should there only be 4 stars? please adjust.

It is exactly as advertised. Although one bonus we didn’t know about before is that the Siesta Islander now has stops very close and makes it super easy to go navigate the key.

The groundskeeper ....the guy that watched over the place was AWESOME, couldn't ask for a nicer guy, anything he could do to help us he would and did, if I had any complaint at all ...I would ask the host to buy more comfortable furniture to sit and watch TV or to be able to lay on, the chair and the couch were the most uncomfortable things I think I've ever sat or laid on, but I don't say that to discourage anyone because the room was nice and clean... smelled good had everything we needed and it was a wonderful stay other than the couch and chair... I would encourage somebody to bring a blow up mattress for that couch... And cushions for that chair.... But I definitely would go back....

I didn’t receive any check in instructions from the host and had to contact customer service twice to reach the host and get the instructions on the day or check in. The on sight property manager was great and very accommodating but the initial difficulties of obtaining the check in information was very disappointing.

The host was very welcoming and the studio space itself was fine, location was good and the apt was pet friendly. The issues were for these odd things that felt off for the price level. The fitted sheet had lost its elastic and kept coming off, broken tiles in kitchen area were jagged and dangerous for bare feet, the headboard of bed wasn't firmly attached and wobbly, shower control for shower didn't seem to adjust properly for temperature, and there was no table or even a coffee table to eat at.

The unit was only partially cleaned when I arrived & the bathroom was completely skipped. When I brought this to the attention of the host, the bathroom was only partially cleaned. When I addressed the dirt & dog hair in the kitchen drawers, the host was dismissive of my concerns & said that it was just dust. The kitchen was not stocked with essentials like dish soap, sponge or paper towels but these were supplied after I asked for them. I really wanted to love this vacation home since it was less expensive than many of the others, but inexpensive shouldn’t mean dirty.

There was no proof of any uncleanliness. In addition, rations of utensils and cleaning items is given based on amount of people and stay length due to guests grabbing these items. More of these items are avaialble upon request.
