***2 PERSON OCCUPANCY***LOCATION AND PRICE are within your budget when it comes to this one bedroom gem! Location...one mile north of Stickney Point, and just 2 miles from Siesta Key Village, where Crescent Beach and Siesta Key Public Beach meet. A 4-minute walk down our deeded access path will take you to beautiful Crescent Beach, right on the border of Siesta Key Public Beach but not in the hustle-bustle of the public beach arena, to enjoy the sun and surf or to watch the sunset over the Gulf. This unit is on the second floor of a 2-story walk up. The building does not have elevators. Enjoy the beautiful pool and watch the boats go by. Or have a drink at the Tiki Hut. We have a boat basin and a bocci ball court. Come enjoy paradise!

The living room is very comfortably furnished and has a 32' HDTV and a DVD. Cable TV is in the bedroom as well as the living room and FREE WIFI is accessible with password.
The bedroom is spacious and has a high quality king sized bed and a new 32' HDTV. Sheets, bath towel sets, kitchen towels and 2 beach towels are provided for your use. You will also find paper towels, toilet paper and tissue, hand soap, bath soap, coffee filters and misc. cleaning products.
NOTE: This unit does not have a sofa bed. The king size bed is the only area for sleeping.

You had a great time! It was better than the pictures gave it credit for. Such great access to both the beach and the intercoastal. We love to hang out on the lawn back there and also take a dip in the pool. This is a great place to stay!

Short getaway to Siesta Key

My husband and i had a wonderful time in Siesta Key for 5 days and this condo was excellent for us! It was super clean and very covienient to everything! The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need for a short stay near the beach

Good location to the beach, siesta village

It's a older place, but very clean and good location. You can either walk to the beach or enjoy the pool on the intercoastal water. They had supplies for fishing and going to the beach. There were even condiments and small kitchen essentials, so you didn't need to bring spices,oils.

Great Siesta Key Getaway

This place for perfect for our week in Florida! Great location, great pool, on the bay and 5 minute walk to the beach! The condo was clean And bed very comfortable! Has everything you need to take to the beach! Will be back next year!

Great spot

Good location away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown. Very quiet. Good bed and pillow. She has everything you need- beach chairs, small cooler etc! Would stay there again.

Our rental was clean and the kitchen updated. Older complex but well kept. Pool area, grass, trees and dock area were really nice!

Anniversary Trip

This condo was perfect for our trip. First time in SW Florida. The location was great, close to the beach and the trolly to the village. In a small complex which made parking very easy as well as coming and going. Host was very accessible and responded to questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, old Florida feel, 1 block from beach, walkable to town (long but doable if able to walk > 1 mile), shorter walk to south restaurants & bars. Best part was the common area at Sea Club ll. Beautiful lawn area with pool, BBQ grills, plenty of chairs, fishing pier overlooking Sarasota Bay!

Siesta Key Summer Getaway

The property is a 1br/1bath condo unit with convenient access to the beach. It is very clean and well equipped for an extended getaway. The owner provides all information you need to have fun vacation at Florida's best beach and beach town. We will likely rent this property again. Siesta Key is our favorite Florida beach.

Siesta Key getaway

We love this place!! It was everything our host said it would be. It was nice to have the intercoastal waterway in the backyard and the Gulf of Mexico across the road. This property is very well maintained. We will definitely be returning to this condominium in the future.

Easy and Efficient

The condo is well maintained - clean and had everything we wanted: Fishing equipment, kitchen ware, beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs. The grounds are well maintained with a fishing pier, wonderful pool and easy access to the beach. We will be back!

Sea Club Ii stay

Donna was great; she gave us many details and sent emails with explanations of check in process, etc…. The condo was perfect and enjoyed the dock being very close by - just a very short walk. We were able to get a late checkout which was very appreciated. We would definitely come back if possible.

nice place and location

overall we enjoyed the trip. the condo is as pictured and the owner was accurate in the description of the place. it was nice there was coffee and the previous guests had left some libations. it was a short stay. I'd recommend it to my friends or family. the beach was about a 5ish min walk. the pool looked clean adoption we didn't use it and there was a dock out back to fish or just enjoy the water on the intercoastal. overall felt safe and it was pretty quiet there. the cover on the bed was odd, i get why it's there but definitely made us a little sweaty while sleeping. honestly that's the only negative which means it's a good vrbo! thanks

The Best!

This experience was worth every cent! The condo was in great condition and had everything I needed in the kitchen to make some hors' doeuvres for my nephew's birthday party. I loved that someone who likes to cook really stocked the kitchen with utensils and supplies as if I was in my own home. The bed was plenty comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the linens smelled fresh. Then there was the fabulous heated pool, and view of the bay. It doesn't get much better than this! To be across from the beach and have the Bay at your disposal is awesome. It's so awesome that I would even consider buying my own property at Sea Club II. The other guests were friendly and I really felt very comfortable here. You won't regret staying at this small, tranquil, little slice of paradise. I'm in the process of planning my next stay! I will definitely be back!

Enjoyable stay for our first SK trip

My husband and I booked this property because of its positive ratings and location near the beach. The property was clean; however, I did have to clean out hair from underneath the toilet seat and in the bathtub upon arrival. A couple of the white towels/wash clothes had hair on it as well. One of the white bed sheets had a stain on it and so did one of the white pillow cases; we just kept those linens to the side and didn’t let it bother us because we know white linens are a challenge to keep 100% white. Other than that, the property was clean. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room. The beach is about a 3 minute walk directly across the street and The Village is about a 3 minute drive. Overall, it was a positive experience and we hope to visit again in the future.

I am sorry that you found a couple of items that were not quite right. My questions to you is, why you did not mention them to me in the many texts back and forth when you wanted to stay a day longer, and I gave you that extra day at about half the price. Then you wanted late check out and I gave you an extra 5 hours so you could enjoy Siesta Key a little longer. That is how I treat my guests. I am always respectful and happy to offer extra time and effort. And I am always reachable. With regard to the bleached white sheets, they are washed in hot water and bleached. That is the reason for using white sheets. Sometimes there are little stains that simply will not wash out, but the sheets are bleached and are clean. Additionally, there was an extra set of sheets in the plastic storage bin in the bedroom closet. If there was any other problem, such as a strand of hair on the floor, why did not snap a picture and email it to me as we were in constant contact??? I would have sent the picture to the cleaning company and they would have immediately come out. These are things that are quickly fixed if only you as my guest would have let me know. Did you not find that our communication to be more than satisfactory? Did I not give you a fantastic price break on the extra day and after that give you another day up to 3:00 at no additional charge? And did you not tell me that you were thoroughly enjoying the condo and love staying there? I have a huge following of repeat guests who know that I will always do my very best to accommodate their needs.

Great place for a great value!

This was our first trip to Siesta Key, and our first experience with VRBO, so we were nervous. Donna was just fabulous to work with. Very responsive, friendly, and helpful- she gave lots of great tips on where to eat and what to do, which made us feel so much more comfortable. We were there about a week after hurricane Irma hit, and there were some minor glitches that she took care of immediately after we arrived. (smoke alarm batteries, Internet, cable issues). The damage to the key was, by some miracle, very minimal, so everything was back open, and we had a really great time. The condo is clean, homey and very comfortable, has everything you need for the beach, and has a well-stocked kitchen- everything from coffee filters for the coffee maker to a corkscrew for your wine bottles! We aren't sure if we will be doing a Florida vacation again next year- but if we do, it will be on Siesta Key- we won't hesitate to book one of Donna's rentals again. That is for sure!

Hi Shana, It's was great to meet you and I have to thank you again for your patience while I got the internet on the living room TV up and running again. And thanks again to your husband for helping me put the smoke detector back on the wall. I'm not the most technical person in the world so he was very helpful. You were wonderful to have as a guest at the condo and I hope that you come back again to enjoy Siesta Key. Remember, if you want to come down with another couple, I have a couple of two bedroom two bath condos as well as a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo, all on Siesta Key and you will be welcome back to any of them.
