Lujo Amueblado; cocina gourmet, dos baños de piedra caliza, ducha de vapor, Home Theater, Redwood 25 pies de estar / comedor con chimenea. Los pisos de bambú. Tres + dormitorios, cuarto de lavado, estacionamiento para 1 coche, amplia terraza tiene vistas de la bahía de San Francisco.

La entrada es por dos tramos de escaleras desde la calle.

El cine en casa tiene 13 pies techos en la habitación: 25 por 16 pies con un proyector y una pantalla de cine de 10 pies. Viene equipada con una biblioteca repleta de libros de referencia, libros para niños, etc. Cómodas sillas y un sofá para la familia o grupo de visualización. Funciona como un cuarto dormitorio de invitados con dos camas nido cama de día.

Gran dormitorio principal con una terraza que ofrece una vista a la bahía y techos con vigas altas y abiertas. El segundo dormitorio tiene una vista ladera. El tercer dormitorio está fuera de la sala de lavandería y cuenta con una completa y una individual.

Para grupos más grandes del cine en casa se dobla como cuarto dormitorio. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size. El segundo dormitorio tiene una reina. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial y una cama alta doble.

Baño principal tiene el Sr. Vapor ducha de vapor con 2 buque se hunde con grifos Dornbracht, baldosas de piedra caliza a lo largo. El segundo baño se encargo adicional profunda bañera de hidromasaje. Cocina personalizada gourmet con encimeras de mármol brasileño, gabinetes de cerezo de encargo, lavavajillas Bosch, nevera Kitchenaid, y una gama de Viking

We had an amazing stay here in Berkeley. The apartment is nice and spacious and the view from the balcony exceptional.

Penthouse Condo

The property was better then described, It worked perfect for our family. We had six adults the first night and seven the second. We spent two days at Golden Gate Fields for our horses and one night in San Francisco. The place is beautiful and the interior is well maintained. The owners were great to deal with. When we have the family back again we would love to stay here again. The only negative is the deck railing could use some work.

Homey with a beautiful view

The view is phenomenal of the Bay. The deck runs the entire length of the condo and we loved sitting out there when the weather was nice. The kitchen is big with a Viking stove/oven, big KitchenAid fridge and a Bosch dishwasher, so we were able to make a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. There is a lot of room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a media room with a projector/screen for watching movies. Be aware that the glass doors lock by pulling up on the handles. We didn't know that and spent one night with the doors slamming in the wind. The only issue for us was the cleanliness when we first got there. There was hair on the bathroom floors, some mold in the shower and a lot of heavy dust on the wall art. Once I cleaned the floors, I felt better. It is very close to Memorial Stadium which was a real plus for us since we went to two football games. The roads getting to the condo reminded us of Europe. They are single lane and narrow but the view tells the story.

Perfect Game Day House!

The two best things about this condo were: 1) It took us 6 minutes to walk to the game. It is really much closer than it appears on a map because there are stairs to the stadium that cut off one of the switchbacks. 2) The views were really top notch. My daughter and some friends came up from campus for a pasta dinner and it was the perfect place to hang out on the deck and watch the sunset before the game! Thanks for providing this great place that made an amazing weekend!

best place to stay in the East Bay - Best Ever!

The view is magnificent! especially in the fall when fog is not an issue. Accommodated 3 couples and a couple of kids with comfort and privacy. Baths were magnificent. We were in the area for a family wedding which was held at the Berkeley Botanic Gardens. A beautiful place to spend sometime walking through. Reception at the Shaddock Hotel where the rooms and banquet room was superb. Brunch the next day was a Spats bar and grill on Shadduck Avenue. After the festivies were over and most of the family had left, we dined at Skates on the Marina in Berkeley. Great view and food. We highly recommend this house if you're going to the bay area.

The view takes the cake for this house! We had a very comfortable stay with 8 adults for the weekend. The kitchen was amazing and has everything you need to make great meal.

Unique, well maintain and very California.

Even on a foggy August day the views from the balcony were amazing. Lots of spacious common area inside as well. The kitchen is fully appointed with state of the art equipment. Beds comfy. I would definitely stay again if coming to Berkeley.

Wonderful with amazing views

The home was wonderful. The movie room was so much larger than I imagined and kept the kids occupied. The kitchen is large and excellent. The three rooms were very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful experience all around and happy to have stayed there over the hotel that was offered for the wedding weekend.

Fabulous View!

We only spent two nights at this property but wish we could have stayed longer! Large rooms, beautiful kitchen, media room, and a fabulous night view of San Francisco lights. Convenient to Berkeley campus. Would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful apartment with magical views over the bay. Would definitely stay again.

Nicely done interior, good kitchen and large sitting room. Outdoor furniture - the loungers due an upgrade perhaps but that's about all I could criticize.

Quintessential Berkeley Hills Experience

This beautiful home and location provided the authentic Berkeley Hills experience. The amazing view, wood vaulted ceilings, fireplace, hiking trails just up the street, convenient shopping and freeway access, Cal Campus, and the unique Berkeley feel. We loved it all. Watching the fog come into SF bay was a real treat. Alex was responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely return to this Berkeley gem.

Panoramic Views on Panoramic Way

Perfect location overlooking Berkeley and the entire Bay Area. Quiet well appointed condo which easily housed our 2 families. The deck was spacious providing plenty of room for outdoor dining and a memorable cocktail hour. The bedrooms, bathrooms, home theater, and living room fireplace all added to charm of the wood paneled interior. We would definitely come again. regards Gidon and Family

Perfect

We were in Berkeley for my daughter wedding at UC Berkeley faculty loungh and I feel lucky to find a house close to UC. House is very good size, clean, well built and maintained. Seeing the online video I thought there will be issues with the parking for the guests, it was not ideal for I think at one occasion I had 8-10 families at this house and guests managed to part their car.

We didn't want to leave....

Wow what a treat for the whole family. Such a spacious home with all of the amenities. The gourmet kitchen was a great gathering place for us but we would gravitate to the deck for a gorgeous view of the city lights. The big screen tv was a hit for our 5 year old while all adults were logged in to the Wifi. I certainly cannot go without mentioning the master bath rain shower and sauna, (Hey, where did Matt go? Hahaha) what a treat!! Lastly, Alex was kind to communicate with. He's got you covered with everything you may need. We are looking forward to reserving his home again. Matt

Fantastic house

Stunning View

This property was ideal for our large family with plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy being together. The highlight for us was the spectacular view - just incredible! The owners were great to work with and answered all our questions before we arrived. The condo was beautifully furnished and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and serve meals. The whole family agreed that staying together in this beautiful home was a wonderful experience and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This is a great house if you are hosting a large group of people and want to be close to the campus. We slept 8 comfortable, the views from the deck are amazing and the kitchen is fabulous. The kids also enjoyed the theatre room. an added bonus was all the wild turkeys roaming around. Hotels in Berkley are expensive and this was a great alternative.

Lovely Home in Berkeley Hills

This is a lovely condo in the Berkeley hills, very private. It does not feel like a condo at all. The photos on the website do not do the place justice, the view of the bay from the deck is amazing. My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Condo

This condo was perfect for us to use for my daughter's wedding. It exceeded our expectations. It accommodated my extended family beautifully. The kitchen was fully stocked. The view of the bay and city is amazing. The large spaces made getting ready for the wedding easy. The owner was easy to work with and is easily contacted.

This is a unique property in that it is a condo but it feels like a detached house because of the scale of the rooms.

The movie room is a unique feature of the unit and the gourmet kitchen is fabulous.
