You are located very close to the Longwood Medical area, Jamaica Pond and close to the Green Line train that will take you directly to Downtown Boston and Copley Square is just a few stops away! Easy access to Fenway Park and Kenmore Square!

Condo features Hardwood floors, eat in kitchen, comfortably sleeps 4; queen bed and sofa bed. flat screen TV in the living room and 1 TV in the bedroom , direct access to parking. Laundry on site. pets considered. Quiet neighborhood, market, cafes, and public transportation just steps away. On-site rental parking.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $250 per pet, pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.
Parking is available at $10/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.
There is a $150 lost key.
Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant and well-maintained environment for all our guests.
