It includes a king bed, twin bunk beds and a queen size sleeping sofa
There are 2 smart TVs, Wifi, washer and dryer. You can enjoy amazing views from the gulf-front balcony and or while cooking or dining in the kitchen.
For the kids we have a complimentary Aqua Park or you can just relax in the Lazy River one of two pools, hot tub, or work out in the gulf view gym!

These areas stay open all year but may be switched off during off-season to save energy.
You may request them to be turned on anytime—just ask a Splash staff member.

-There`s even the `Frog pad` for the little ones (available on request) not heated
Please note that the lazy river is closed for the renovation in February.

-This is a 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (sleeps 6) and is located in the East Tower with sweeping 16th floor with ocean views.

-2 Smarts TVs in the condo! 75 inch TV In leaving room and 55 inch TV in bedroom! You can connect with your accounts and watch your favorite shows!

-Delicious coffee and fresh donuts in the West tower! ( open Mar-Nov) closed

-4 Floor Covered parking garage.

- The HOA is on the second floor! Please park on the second floor! The parking pass is 40$- one time payment.
