¡Chapoteo! Sigue siendo el resort frente a la playa más nuevo de Panama City Beach que ofrece diversión para toda la familia. Con un parque acuático, que incluye una piscina para niños con toboganes acuáticos, juguetes interactivos acuáticos, un paseo en un río lento y una sala de cine 'dive-in', así como un salón recreativo. Los niños nunca querrán irse a casa. Los padres también pueden divertirse en nuestra piscina para adultos, en el jacuzzi y en la sala de fitness de última generación, o relajarse en el bar junto a la piscina.

En Splash! Nuestra unidad está equipada con literas y un sofá cama para aún más espacio además del espacioso dormitorio principal. Nuestra unidad viene completamente equipada con una cocina de vanguardia y una silla alta para la pequeña, lavadora y secadora grandes.

Las magníficas vistas de las arenas blancas y las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México se pueden ver desde nuestro balcón privado en el piso octavo.

Splash se encuentra en Panama City Beach y en el extremo oeste de Front Beach Rd, a solo 24 km del aeropuerto internacional de la ciudad de Panamá. La renovación de Front Beach Road trae aceras, senderos para bicicletas, jardines tropicales y un sistema público de tranvía para el transporte. Encontrarás emocionantes atracciones que incluyen museos, teatros, galerías, parques, restaurantes y exclusivas oportunidades de compras al por menor en el nuevo Pier Park. Will recommend to friends and family as well as plan a future stay next time we come to PCB. The kids had a blast and we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, beach access, and pools. I only wish a broom was available in our unit. A week without being able to sweep up the sand was a little aggravating BUT thats my personal opinion. Outside that, the room was great! We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony watching the waves and the storm that came through. We even saw a turtle! We also enjoyed our time spent indoors watching movies/TV with the kids. It was surprisingly quiet despite the amount of children and activities in the building. So happy we booked here! It was a fantastic week!

Property desceiption was as expected in person.

Property was great. Gorgeous view on the beach. Being on the 8th floor was perfect. Never too long of a wait for elevator. Only negative for us was we were suppossed to be able to get into our room at 4. We were there at 405p and they were still cleaning in there which caused us to stand on the balcony for another 45 minutes waiting. No fault of Richard but would have been good if Splash provided some sort of notification. If we would have been notified, we wouldn't have went up yet to stand outside the door. Otherwise all was good and no complaints.

Awesome time!

This was our second time at this resort but first time with this host. The condo was clean. Richard is just as the other reviewers said, very responsive. I love that the condo did not have a lot of nic nacs as decor i had to move from my toddlers reach. The included beach chairs are a huge plus. We used them almost every day of our stay. The description said Netflix was included. With Netflix's recent change, it wasn't. We understood. Be prepared to log in with your own account and clear it prior to leaving. My daughter can't take really cold temperatures so having the thermostat to where we could adjust to our comfortability was great. I think our only downside is the patio furniture does not recline and we had to purchase a broom to sweep the same. I like to sleep on the balcony around dusk while listening to the waves. Having a toddler at the beach in little swimmers allows them to hide large amounts of dirt in them that can't be washed off outside. We had to sweep the entryway. All in all, we had a great time. We'll be back to Splash, and hopefully to this unit. Also. Thank you for not having cheap cookware. Most host have the cheapest pots and pans that cause food to stick. It's the little things!

We had great time at this condo. We wish it had more elevators since those seemed to clog up. And also we had 3 double red flag days so the ocean was closed which put a damper on our vacation but know it was not thr owners fault. Otherwise our vacation was fun!

Everything you need

Me and my family had an excellent stay at Splash PCB. The listing did an excellent job of describing the property and Richard was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The beach is terrific and my wife loved having reserved chairs each day, and my kids loved the pools, splash pad and lazy river. I really appreciated having a place in the shade where we could still enjoy being outside. There are tons of restaurants and activities near the condo, and several water sports (jet skis, para-sailing, paddleboards,etc...) for rent right on the beach. A great time was had by all.

First time we have used Vrbo. The room was clean and as advertised, the owner was in touched before we left and even called me while we were there to make sure everything was to our liking! Richard was very nice. The room had a beautiful view, weather was great, pools, splash playground was clean. The staff not only at the room but everywhere we went was the nicest Iv ever seen. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Vacation on the Beach

We are a family of 5. 3 kids' ages ranged from 13, 11, and 8. Splash condos were perfect for us. You have plenty of options for activities. The beach with 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella available. You check in near the beach in the am for your location. There is a lazy river and 3 other pool areas for the kids to play. There is also a hot tub and splash slides area. Some Splash inner tubs are available in the lazy river. You can bring your own or get some right across the street at Alvin's Island Surf store. You can get other beach accessories and clothes. Condo was on the 8th floor which was a decent floor with the limited elevators and all the traffic. As other reviews stated, there are only 2 elevators for each tower. You need to plan and be prepared to wait and share the elevator. Our visit was in early August and there were a decent amount of people, but peak season may be worse. I would not stay any higher than the 8th floor if there is a need to take the stairs. When arriving luggage carts can be tricky to find. Since many have been used and guests don't return to the proper locations. We found them on our floor, in the garage and in the lobby at times. The condo has a great layout and set up. Showers were nice and big. Washer and Dryer were great to have in the condo. Need to bring or buy detergent to use. Provided one packet. Same for the dish washer. My tip is to buy dawn dish soap and hand soap for the kitchen sink. Some things you just want to do a quick wash. Soap is provided for bathrooms. Walmart and Target are near drive away for a shopping trip. It was great to stock up food and various other items. Richard, the owner, is great to work with and good communicating. Very nice and communicates with you and responds in a timely manner. There is a hut on the beach to pay for activities like parasailing and jet skis. We truly had a wonderful vacation.

Great vacation for young children!

Perfect for a young family vacation! We have a toddler who wasn’t always sure about the Ocean, so the pools and waterpark right next to the beach were perfect for going back and forth. It was also so nice to have a set of chairs at the beach each day. The unit was very clean and the 8th floor was the perfect location. The elevators are a little slow, so only having to go to the 8th floor is nice. The balcony view is also so beautiful. Highly recommend this rental! We can’t wait to go back!

SPLASH was designed and build with families in mind. It is located on the west end of PCB, away from the hustle and bustle. Making it an ideal place to relax and take in the amazing sunset while sitting on the balcony or enjoying a stroll on the beach.
