Welcome to your Point Loma retreat! This spacious two-level apartment features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with two bedrooms located upstairs for added comfort and privacy. Enjoy two private balconies and a private patio—perfect for morning coffee, fresh ocean air, or unwinding after a day of exploring San Diego.
The open-concept living area offers cozy seating and plenty of natural light, while the shared outdoor space includes a BBQ grill and jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing evenings or a casual gathering.
Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a fun stay with friends and family, this home has everything you need.
Living Room & Kitchen
Settle into a warm, inviting living space with comfortable furnishings and an indoor fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly to a private patio, making it easy to cook, dine, and relax. A full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower is also conveniently located on this level.
Downstairs Bedroom
A cozy queen-sized bedroom is located on the main floor—perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

This home is located in the heart of Point Loma and falls within the airport flight path. You may hear airplane noise outdoors between 6:30 AM and 11:30 PM. Indoors, with doors and windows closed, the noise is typically minimal.
If you’re sensitive to sound and prefer to keep windows open, this location may not be the best fit. For added comfort, we’ve provided disposable earplugs in the kitchen for your use.
Paper Towels:
In our commitment to being eco-friendly, we encourage all guests to use the reusable microfiber towels provided instead of paper towels.
SHARED BBQ Grill:
The backyard is a shared space with another unit in the building. You’re welcome to use the BBQ grill – it’s available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Shared Hot Tub:
Please note that the backyard and hot tub are shared with another unit in the complex. The hot tub is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking: This unit has two reserved parking spaces (2 small cars or 1 big car). Please ensure you park in the spots designated for Unit D.
NEED BIGGER SPACE?
We also have another 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit available in the same building.
