Cozy Cherry Log Family Fun Cabin w/ Arcade, Hot Tub, Pool Table, Shuffle Board!

Welcome to our cozy, authentic, Cherry Log Cabin, A Beary Good Time! Nestled in the treetops of the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains, you’ll find our charming cabin perfectly located between some of the most wonderful towns and attractions our region has to offer. Our cabin is situated in a very quiet and private area where you will feel you’ve truly escaped all of the hustle and bustle. However, you are a mere few minutes drive down scenic roads from Ellijay, Blue Ridge, McCaysville, and all of the fun adventures to be had in between!

Upon arrival, you’ll immediately be greeted by the soothing sounds of Fightingtown Creek rushing through the valley below. Enjoy nature and peaceful mountain canopy views from both of our lovely upper and lower deck spaces. Our main level deck is the stuff relaxation is made of. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee while watching the birds feed, or unwind after a long day with a glass of wine from any one of the fabulous local wineries while watching the sunset. If you are very quiet, you may just get to watch a family of deer mosey through the mountain laurel filled front yard below.

Our bottom deck, however, is where we turn up the good times! For everyone’s enjoyment, we’ve outfitted this space with all of the fun we could possibly fit. You’ll find an outdoor billiards table, dart board, plenty of comfy seating, and of course a big screen tv visible from all angles, including our rejuvenating hot tub! You’ll never miss the big play of the game down here! All of this also happens in the glow of our very own custom A Beary Good Time neon light!

Don’t think we ended the fun outside though…there is plenty more to love inside. Come on into our charming yet luxurious, rustic yet refined, genuine log cabin. We love to visit here ourselves, so we’ve worked very hard to create a space that truly feels like a home away from home. You’ll love all of the modern and fun amenities that we’ve included, all while maintaining the cozy atmosphere and experience that only a true log cabin can offer. This is not your basic cookie-cutter furnished rental cabin. You’ll find carefully curated, interesting, even quirky furniture pieces and local artwork throughout. You’ll even find a record player with a few classic albums! If we don’t share the same taste in music don’t worry, it also has bluetooth connectivity capability.


Our cabin has two gorgeously appointed queen bedrooms downstairs sharing one full bathroom, and our upstairs loft area offers two full size beds and a full bathroom as well. All of our beds are appointed with brand new plush pillowtop mattresses and luxury natural fiber linens to offer you the most restorative sleep after all of your daily adventures. The downstairs bedrooms also offer large streaming tv's ready for you to connect to for all of your favorite apps and binge-worthy series. Our upstairs sleeping area is filled with far more than this though…up here you’ll find our arcade with just about any game you can imagine, a big screen tv ready for you to connect for a movie night, or any of your own favorite game consoles, and finally a full length shuffleboard table ready for some serious family-fun competition!

When y’all ready to chow down, you’ll enjoy preparing any meal in our newly renovated kitchen with all new appliances. This beautiful and very functional kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need to prepare a delicious meal. If the outdoors are beckoning though, we have plenty of room for some alfresco dining! On the main level deck you’ll find a gas grill ready for use. Downstairs you can set-up, turn on the big game, and stay awhile with our egg smoker!

*All-wheel drive/ four-wheel drive is not required, but highly recommended. It is a must however in the event of frozen precipitation, so watch the weather forecasts and plan accordingly!

*Lastly, our saddest rule: No Pets. We are so sorry that this is not a pet friendly cabin! We promise we love dogs as much as anybody! However, we frequently visit this cabin ourselves, and have an asthmatic child that is extremely allergic to pet dander. For this reason we must sadly also include service animals in this rule. Should you be found with a pet present in the cabin, we will have to ask that you immediately vacate the property without refund. We are again sorry for this inconvenience, and thank you so much for your cooperation and understanding in the matter.
