This beautiful new home was completed in March 2019 and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, pool/spa and outdoor kitchen. The pool is heated from mid-March until the end of October at no additional cost. The home is 2.8 miles from the new Riviera launch ramp.
The indoor and outdoor space seamlessly commingle to enhance our guest experience. The covered outdoor kitchen; which includes a commercial grade BBQ, makes entertaining a breeze. Don’t worry, you won’t miss the game, catch it on the outdoor TV while grilling up the steaks.
Relax poolside with an ice cold beverage and enjoy the breathtaking Lake Havasu sunsets right from the backyard. You’ll also enjoy a peek-a-boo view of the lake.
Inside you’ll find every detail was thoughtfully attended to which includes beautiful custom cabinets and quartz counter tops complimented by stainless steel appliances.
Unwind in the living room and watch your favorite program on the 65” TV and surround sound.
Each bedroom features luxury bedding and mattresses to ensure a good night sleep. Wake up refreshed and get ready for your day on the water.
Park your boat, RV or toys in the 14’ tall 48’ deep RV garage. Still not enough room? No problem, the 50’ plus custom paver driveway will accommodate the rest of your vehicles or toys.
This house is sure to have something for everyone to enjoy!
Want to enjoy the pool in the winter? It’s no problem the pool can be heated to accommodate the chilly temperatures. Additional charges may apply months.
Master Bedroom features a king sized bed, large walk-in closet and walk-in shower. 55” flat screen TV.
Bedroom #1 features a queen size bed and 55” flat screen TV.
Bedroom #2 features a queen size bed.
Living room features a full-size pull-out sofa bed.
Fully stocked kitchen with custom cabinets, quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances.
Dining room table has seating for six and the island has seating for four.
Full access to the entire house, garage, pool and outdoor kitchen.
Cable and WiFi are included.
Front and backyards are beautifully landscaped.
Guest Access: Guests will be provided with an access code for the front door on their check in day.
Interaction with guests: Guests can call or text with any questions.
POLICIES:

-No smoking on the premises. A $500 cleaning fee will be imposed for any violations.
-No pets allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be imposed for violations.
-No glass permitted outdoors near the pool.
-It is the responsible guest's obligation to ensure the safety of everyone on the property and most notably around the pool at all times.
-PLEASE NOTE: Propane usage is billed at $3.70 per gallon for the pool and spa. This is our cost. On average, the spa can use 3-5 gallons per hour and substantially more for the pool. The propane tank is metered and can be read daily to see how much is being consumed. Daily updates can be provided by contacting the host.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the outdoor kitchen area including the grill. A $50 additional cleaning fee will be imposed for violations.

We love Lake Havasu and everything it offers. We been coming here for years. In 2017 we bought a short term rental property as an investment and as a vacation home. We love hosting in Lake Havasu so we bought another one in 2019.

With a couple years of hosting under our belt, we wanted to add another house to host. We contacted a local builder who built our new house with the exact specification so our guests would have a unique short term rental experience.

If you're traveling the country and wanted to spend a week or two in Lake Havasu, you can park your RV, boat, off road vehicles in our 48' deep 14' tall garage.
If you just came to relax, this property has a beautiful custom pool and spa. If you just wanted to hangout with family and friends this house offers a completely custom designed covered outdoor kitchen that is sure to please. Image grilling up some burgers while watching the game on the TV and the kids having fun splashing around in the pool.
This property is perfectly situated so you'll see the beautiful desert sunsets right from the backyard every night. Image at the end of the day you get to unwind with a bottle of wine or cocktail seated on a lounge chair watching the sunset. It just doesn't get any better.
