Hotel who? This family-friendly, entertainment packed house offers everything you'll need! From a private office & gym space to fun kids' spaces, a game room featuring an air hockey table and arcade games, a fully stocked kitchen, in-ground pool (SCHEDULED TO OPEN BY APRIL 20TH, 2026), and huge fire pit area--this house really has it all!

Whether you're traveling for work, a solo trip, or with the whole family in tow--this house has everything you need to enjoy your time at this home away from home!

POOL SEASON BEGINS IN EARLY MAY, exact opening date will be listed here once it is scheduled. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the pool will be available for use during your stay this summer.

BEDS: This property features two primary bedrooms with King beds with 55" smart TV's. The third bedroom is kid & adult friendly, featuring 4 single beds via a bunk bed, trundle, and lone single. A mobile crib is also available and on-site at all times for your use. Additional sleeping areas include the couch & loveseat in the living room & a queen-size air mattress.

LIVING: The spacious living area features plenty of seating to gather around the fire and turn on your favorite sports game or stream from any major streaming service. Sharing the large living area is a spacious and majorly comfortable dining table that seats 8. Perfect for games, family meals, holiday gatherings and more! If you're looking at visiting during the holidays: this area will be decorated for Christmas starting after Thanksgiving, featuring exterior lights and a cozy Christmas tree in the living room, etc.

GAME ROOM: Off the dining area is the jam packed game room with endless entertainment for any age! This room includes a full size air hockey table, 2 arcade games with many game options available, and an array of board games for groups of any type and age range!

OFFICE & WORKOUT ROOM: Off the master bedroom is a bonus room with a large desk for a private working space, including a printer available for your use. This room serves double function with workout equipment, too! There are free weights, kettle bells, a jump rope, workout bench, yoga mat, a fan, and mirrors to help you knock out a variety of workouts while on vacay!

OUTDOOR: The backyard features an in-ground pool available in May-September, pool toys, sun loungers, a full size gas BBQ grill, and a large gas fire pit area featuring ample seating with bistro lights overhead!

Off the bonus room is a kids' oasis in a private outdoor playhouse with a dry erase board and benches to hang out and get some fresh air. There is also 1 bike with training wheels on-site as well.

PARKING: The spacious garage will hold 2 vehicles along with a long driveway that will park an additional 4 vehicles. You're also welcome to park in the street in front of the property. The garage also holds additional refrigerator-only space for overflow when hosting the whole family or large group! No additional freezer space.

FOR THE FAMILY: We've provided a variety of family-friendly amenities that are available at all times so you can travel light! Available items include: travel crib that doubles as a pack n' play & changing table via the adjustable base, 3 crib sheets, sound-only baby monitor, black out curtains, 2 baby gates, and a standing fan. There's also a variety of reading and coloring options.

For bath time: Dove brand sensitive baby wash & lotion, J&J baby powder, potty training seat, bath-time accessories: kneeling pad, elbow pad, whale tub faucet cover, and rinse bucket, newborn & infant tub, Honest brand detergent.

In the kitchen, a high chair, various eating utensils as shown in the photos, bottle drying rack, various age drinking cups, snack containers, place mats, etc.
