• Primary guest must be 21+ (ID required for all booking confirmations)

**No bicycles, trailers, mopeds, boats, RV's, busses, trikes, watercraft, or commercial vehicles
• Parking for up to 2 passenger vehicles in the driveway or garage (no street parking permitted)
• Motorcycles welcome but must be parked inside the closed garage
• No RVs, boats, or trailers allowed per HOA regulations - any fines/towing are a guest expense
• No smoking, or vaping inside the house (only permitted outside)
• Maximum stay is 20 days. Longer stays are available by request and must be approved prior to booking

A car is recommended for easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Free private parking is provided, and ride-share services are readily available throughout North Myrtle Beach.
