Birthday at the Beach

My daughter brought 2 friends to help celebrate her 17th birthday at the beach. The house was the perfect set up for them to have privacy upstairs while me and the dog hung out downstairs. The beach is just a quick walk down the driveway and out to the crossing making it so easy and fast to get there! Thanks for a great stay!

My family had a great time at the property. The house was clean and functional. There was a broken blackout shade in one of the bedrooms, so I called the non-emergency phone number at 5 p.m. Sat. after picking up the keys but to my surprise the repair service arrived 15 minutes later and replaced the shade. On Sunday, low pressure system Chantal came through and added palm tree branches, leaves, etc. to the pool. By Monday, it was cleaned up and ready to swim again. We noted a Keurig coffee maker which was not included in the amenity items, so we stocked up on Keurig cups when we went to the grocery store. AC and all appliances plus the washer and dryer worked well. The pool was convenient just outside the front door and a very short walk to the beach. I suggest using one of the on-line beach chair and umbrella companies who set you up on the beach you desire. They place them around 6 a.m. for an early start to a beach day. We would certainly come back again if vacationing in North Myrtle Beach.

Would not rent this house again.

The house was in a safe convenient location, but it was very dirty. Carpets had not been cleaned in God knows how long and there were goldfish crackers all over the place (up stairs and down). The walls, doors, floors and bathrooms were all dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks or longer. The upstairs bedroom door knob (room on the left) would not work. It was difficult to open and close the door. The upstairs shower did not drain worth a hoot. The dryer broke half way through our stay and we had to go use a laundry mat to dry some clothes. Definitely not worth the costs and will not stay there again.

Great Location

The property was placed just 2 or 3 blocks from the beach. When we got there it looked exactly as described in the listing. One complaint we had is we could tell that the floors had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Our feet were black from walking on the floors. (I want to be clear that we did not contact the property leasing agency about the floors, but i know they would have been right on it if we would have asked.) We ended up cleaning the floors ourself and it all worked out. Air worked great. Lots of sleeping options. There was not much organization in the kitchen. There were cooking utensils and pots spread in all sorts of places. There was also no tupperware. So if you plan on staying a week, keeping leftovers is difficult. It was so nice having access to the pool and to a washer and dryer. Check in and check out process was easy and seamless. If you have young kids, infants and toddlers, there is not any baby proofing so be sure to bring a baby gate and prepare for them to be in the many cabinets. Overall, it was a great trip and we liked the property. Could use some modern touches as it was a little outdated but overall very homey.

We had an issue with the air unit on the 2nd floor and maintenance was vigilant about correcting the issue and contacting someone to fix the problem. That speaks to their good customer service. The pool being directly next to the house was a plus. Also the walk to the beach was very quick. This location being pet friendly was great for us to allow us to walk the beach with our furry family members in the morning. We would definitely rebook this location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property worked out well for our golf vacation. The location was perfect and the house was what we expected. Two things were much appreciated; both Keurig and drip coffee makers and lots of hangers in the closets. The kitchen was well stocked, although we didn't really prepare any meals. As with any rental, there was normal wear and tear, like worn furniture and loose cabinet drawers, but nothing bad enough to have maintenance come out. As for North Beach Vacations, I will definitely rent with them again.

Great stay for a Spring getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second visit to Perrin Place C. We enjoy the location and amenities that Perrin Place C provides. The beach is only a few hundred yards away, and the house is also close to NMBV Main Street and Cherry Grove. Access to Route 17 is also only a few blocks away. Two levels of living space in this house allows for two families to enjoy the space with room for each. The quiet and secure neighborhood is also a plus. We hope to be back to Perrin Place C again sometime soon.

Spacious family rental

Having bedrooms and bathrooms on separate levels gave everyone space and privacy as needed and there was ample room for everyone to get together for meals and playtimes. We were very pleased with the various amenities included in the rental.

Nice house.

We had to quickly find another house to rent for Thanksgiving after 1 place canceled our booking the night before we were to check in. Found this nice little gem and was able to book and still keep our travel/Thanksgiving plans. Loved the upstairs loft area. Directly beside the pool, although it's closed at this time of year. Would definitely look into renting again.

Great Pet Friendly House - Close to Beach

The place did not have any pet smells for being a p[et friendly property. Although some furniture updates are needed, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. Hope to be back at this house again soon.
