Guest Access:

Parking:

• Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles

• Additional parking available in designated resort areas only (no street parking)

• Guests must obtain parking passes from the Solterra clubhouse (open 9 a.m.–6:30 p.m.)



Property Access:

• Gated community with 24/7 security at the main entrance on Pine Tree Trail

• Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay.



Resort Access:

• Access to all Solterra Resort amenities, including pools, lazy river, gym, and café

• Amenity pass required—available at clubhouse check-in

• Clubhouse open daily from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The Neighborhood:

Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.



Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.



You can fill your days with fun at the resort. Join the kids for some thrills down the water slide, play a game of tennis or volleyball. Perhaps you can enjoy a cool drink at the poolside Tiki bar after running a mile on the treadmill in the fitness center? Enjoy lunch in the clubhouse café – no need to hop in a car and leave the resort.



Float down the lazy river or soak in the spa. Enjoy the Florida Sun at a poolside cabana or find a spot in the shade under the palms and take a midday snooze in the pleasant breeze.

Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is 45 USD/night per service or 79 USD/night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time 69 USD charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Rent a Pack ’n play for 39 USD (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for 29 USD (one-time fee)

House Rules:





Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and may result in a 150 USD fine and/or forfeiture of the full deposit.





Please check out on time. Late departures will result in a 150 USD fee per additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.





Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves.





Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted. Any evidence of pets may result in a fine and/or forfeiture of the full deposit.





Please be respectful of neighbors and considerate in all interactions within the community.





If any house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
