The location simply can’t be beaten, absolutely beautiful beaches, really laid back vibe.The apartment could do with a couple of mini improvements, main bathroom toilet seat for one (I always think a comprehensive welcome basket to save buying coffee, sugat etc from supermarket costs a little and goes a long way). However, lovely people, and an amazing holiday.

Wonderful

It is our 3rd vacation here. We love the beautiful house and the deck with great views. You will find everything you need for a wonderful vacation. I love all the details in the house and a well equipped kitchen. Great communication with the owner. It won't be our last vacation here. Thank you to the owner for letting us rent again

Amazing visit to Antigua

The villa was easy to find and the smart lock made it easy to lock and leave. Gavin helped us arrange a car rental and golf kart rental before we arrived and it was perfect. Harbour breeze was nicely decorated - had a nice beach vibe to it. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and air conditioner which was nice so everyone could have their own space. The back deck offers both sun and shade which was nice when you needed a break from the sun. We had a small issue at first but Gavin dealt with it right away - many thanks!Jolly harbour has everything you need - grocery store, restaurants, car rental and doctors too!You can walk to the North beach or go to Jolly beach which is about a 20 min walk. The ocean is amazing and the mudslides at Sandra’s beach restaurant as very We can’t wait to get back to Antigua again !!

Lovely waterfront accommodations

Well-appointed townhouse in a great location. Jolly Harbour doesn’t have all the fancy super yachts or night life you’ll find in Falmouth Harbour or English Harbour, but it has plenty of good restaurants and many fine marine services in a much more quiet and laid back setting. Gavin was a great host. Check-in and check- out was very easy. We’ll be back!

Couldn't have been better

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harbour Breeze in Jolly Harbour. The location was perfect and the villa was super clean and very well stocked. Gavin helped us arrange a rental car ahead of time which was great to explore the island and its many beaches. Thank you, Gavin and Tina!

We had a wonderful stay at the Harbour Breeze Villa. It was perfect for what we needed to rest and relax. It was quiet, and close to restraints and a grocery store.

Incredible, clean, comfortable, easy.

It was our first time in Antigua, getting in was easy, getting around was made easy with access to a cart, response time was so fast when we had questions. The Villa is updated and so nice! Everything you need for a getaway….. lots of games, reading material, Bluetooth speaker, oven, grill, microwave, toaster…. Litterally all the conveniences of home. The view from the bedroom was magic to wake up to. Would stay here and recommend to everyone! Thanks Gavin!!!

Excellent place. Right on Jolly Harbor canal. Our son and family are living on a sailboat and could bring their dinghy to the dock at the property. Enjoyed the area. Lots of dining options in the area. Many different beaches.

Great place for a family of 4

Listing was exactly as listed. Had a few issues getting the key to the laundry room, door code was differently than listed, property manager was different than listed. But overall, it was a great stay. Jolly Harbour has a lot of construction occurring right now so wasn’t as peaceful an area as expected but overall great for the price!

Paradise!!

Harbour Breeze was a wonderful place to stay. I was there with my sister, niece and 2 year old great nephew. This place is so well set up, it had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday. Very comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. Great kitchen made self catering easy, outside area overlooking harbour was wonderful to sit out and eat, especially with fairy lights. Having transport around the resort is essential especially with a toddler as accommodation is some distance from the stunning Jolly Beach. Gavin and Ajani were so helpful sorting this out for us. It made a huge difference. Cachema also very responsive to any questions. We were very well looked after. We highly recommend this as a place to stay in Antigua. A couple of very small things - the back gate onto the pontoon could be more childproof, some bedside lamps in the second bedroom would be good and we bought a corkscrew which we left for future guests.

The villa was spacious and very comfortable with all modern amenities. The view is wonderful and the location is secure. The property management team is wonderful and very accommodating. Loved it! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful

It is the second time we had the pleasure to stay here. We enjoyed every minute. Great location and lovely deck with a view. The upgrades are well noticed and appreciated. Everything you will need you will find in this well kept villa. Communication with the owner is flawless and always a pleasure. We are already missing being there and are looking forward to next year when we will come back

Nice find in Jolly Harbour!

We stayed in Gavin's villa for a few days prior to a sail out of Jolly Harbour. Gavin made everything about the stay easy for us; great communication and quick answers to any questions we had. He arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport who was there waiting for us and took us to the grocery store, then got us to the villa quickly and efficiently. The driver (Adjahni) was very helpful and also delivered a golf cart that we could use to get around the harbour area. The villa was clean and well stocked; had everything we needed for self catering. We had some issues with the wifi/internet access, but apparently that is a common issue with the internet provider within this neighborhood so can't fault the owner for that. Gavin did say that they were hoping to get fiber connectivity sometime in the future, so hopefully that will be in place the next time we stay there. In all, enjoyable stay made easy by Gavin and his property manager; definitely recommend and we will plan to stay here next time we're sailing in Antigua. Thanks Gavin and Tina!

Stunning villa perfect with the 2 beds 2 bathrooms... couldn't ask for anything more (well maybe a toaster), everything you need is provided, towels, linen, hairdryer, a welcome pack, water, kitchen towels and loo rolls. stunning location, close to all amenities. I can't fault the accommodation or the location. Will defiantly be revisiting and hopefully stay in Jolly Harbour in the same villa.

Great stay!

We are satisfied with the accomodation, everything that is represented on VRBO site complies with what is included! The location is great and not far from the grocery Epicurian at the main entrance and the beach. Gavin and Tina the owners were always available for our questions prior to our departure. We did not have to worry to find a golf kart rental they rented us one ready to use parked at the villa. The facility is fully equiped, the bed was confortable and all was well. We were welcome at the airport by Ajahni the driver who is very nice and always available to drive us around on the island. Cachema the manager is great too, the safe was out of power and when contacted we facetime eachother and she helped us with the setup. Great time spent at the Harbour Breeze villa and we would return anytime! Thank you Gavin and Tina
