Pros: Everything was exactly as in the pictures. The villa is spacious. The patio is the highlight. It’s close to South Beach and Jolly Beach. Cons: The bed was just too hard for me and I’m not someone who would normally notice this. The washing machine was useless without a dryer. We knew there wasn’t a dryer but thought we can hang our laundry out. However, our clothes never dried outdoors. Either from the humidity or rain, I dk. The representative at Jolly Harbour, Roxannn, did not provide good service. We had a few minor issues in the beginning. Overall, just poor communication from her whether she ignored issues and very poor follow through. For example, we notified her, upon arrival, the fire alarm was beeping, due to low battery, she reset it, told us to wait and see if that fixes it, told us to remove the batteries, etc, We reached out to her 3 times for this and ended up checking out 7 nights later with the alarm still beeping. Replacing two batteries shouldn’t be this difficult and it’s definitely not going above and beyond to receive a 5 star rating. It’s just average customer service at best.
