Existing VRBO property with 9.6 exceptional rating. (Based on 96 reviews), now under new ownership with existing management.

Beautiful Two Bed Villa full of Caribbean charm. less than 5 mins walk to stunning white sand Jolly Beach. WiFi and Air Con.Deck and Balcony.

Situated on the favoured southern side of Jolly Harbour Marina residential community. Gated 24 hr security. Within easy walking distance to bars restaurants , grocery shopping and sporting facilities.


Our Villa benefits from a fully equipped, open plan kitchen, large sitting room/dining area with smartTV, unlimited wi-fi ( subject to technical availability). The refurbished first floor has Italian tiled floors, modern ensuite shower rooms and balcony to master bedroom. Simple modern furnishings throughout. Direct access via patio doors to tiled and furnished deck. Beautiful views and afternoon sunshine.

The view from the deck of 'Sleeping Indian Mountain' is my favourite!

Bed sheets and bath towels are provided for the duration of your stay. Extra housekeeping services available by request ( at cost) from management office in the centre.

The Villa is primarily our holiday home. The property is equipped as a base for an enjoyable and relaxing family or couples beach or activity holiday.

All facilities within the community we are easily accessible within a few minutes walk, golf carts are however available for rental ( subject to availability) from various vendors.

Guests can access a well stocked supermarket (with Waitrose products and familiar U.S groceries ), tennis courts, communal pool, and an open air gym and fitness suite at the Golf Course ( subject to seasonal opening).

Independent taxi drivers operate from the Commercial Centre and the bus stops at the end of the drive.

The supermarket is open 7 days a week until 9pm and the bakery is well stocked each day. There is also an easy access pharmacy.

Yacht charters, catamaran cruises are all available.There is significant investment going into The Jolly Harbour community with additional amenities being added all the time. The local agents are there to advise for any queries during your stay.

The location of the villa on the South finger of Jolly Harbour is fantastic, a few minutes walk to the best beach ever. We rented a car through Down West rentals great service dropping off and collecting from the villa, also if you want a golf cart ask Roxann who arranged this for us. The new pool is 5* plus and new pickle ball & tennis courts which we made use of. Good communication at all times. Absolutely loved our stay and missing Antigua already

Pros: Everything was exactly as in the pictures. The villa is spacious. The patio is the highlight. It’s close to South Beach and Jolly Beach. Cons: The bed was just too hard for me and I’m not someone who would normally notice this. The washing machine was useless without a dryer. We knew there wasn’t a dryer but thought we can hang our laundry out. However, our clothes never dried outdoors. Either from the humidity or rain, I dk. The representative at Jolly Harbour, Roxannn, did not provide good service. We had a few minor issues in the beginning. Overall, just poor communication from her whether she ignored issues and very poor follow through. For example, we notified her, upon arrival, the fire alarm was beeping, due to low battery, she reset it, told us to wait and see if that fixes it, told us to remove the batteries, etc, We reached out to her 3 times for this and ended up checking out 7 nights later with the alarm still beeping. Replacing two batteries shouldn’t be this difficult and it’s definitely not going above and beyond to receive a 5 star rating. It’s just average customer service at best.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The beds were very comfortable great air conditioning which was very important as it was so hot. It felt very safe as there was security to get into the resort. Sitting out overlooking the water in the mornings so peaceful and pretty. A great location few minutes walk to the beach and you can walk to a couple of restaurants and the supermarket. The beach was fabulous and we spent lots of time there. You can hire beach umbrella and sunbeds and there is a beach bar restaurant if you want some lunch. Exactly as it’s shown on the photos great value for money it’s not 5 star luxury but great place to stay with everything you need.

Fabulous villa in stunning location

We loved the villa, it was perfect for our stay. Air conditioning and very spacious. It was So peaceful. We loved eating out on the patio by the water. The beach is just a few minutes walk away with powdery white sand. We toured the island but didn’t find any nicer. The Supermarket is just a few minutes in the other direction and had everything we needed. Also there are plenty of restaurants within an easy walk.

Perfect location, beautiful beach, great value for money

The accommodation was clean, spacious and in a great spot on the Marina just 2min walk to the beautiful Jolly Beach. 2 bedrooms each en-suite was perfect for my wife and I, with our 17yr old son. There are a great choice of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance but I would recommend to rent a car and get around the island! Great communications with the owners when booking, they were very helpful with knowing what to expect when we got there. Take European plug adaptors!

Perfectly located and spacious apartment.

We loved staying here with our 5 and 9 year old. The location is ideal. 5 minute walk to gorgeous Jolly Beach and about 10 to 15 minute walk to the Marina and Pool, which was available to us as guests. Apartment had a very well equipped kitchen and so we ate in a lot of the time which worked well for us. The decor is basic but the apartment was very clean and spacious with lovely bathrooms, air con, continuous hot water and comfy beds. The TV is equipped with streaming capabilities and the view from the lovely balcony made our holiday. If you are looking for a well located and good value place to stay I would not look further. Communication with hosts in advance was also briliant. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great Spot Location !

The villa has a nice lay out . Kitchen has lots of good amenities . So close to gorgeous beach and grocery store and restaurants. Definitely recommend

The property was somewhat dated but had everything one needs. Functional eqipped and clean. Having said that the price paid was quite a bit less than similar newly renovated properties so represents great VFM.. when there one of the aircon units unitunitsneeded to be replCed.

Jolly harbor

Our stay was great with only a few bumps in the road the biggest was communication with the property management when the golf cart stopped working twice the replacement was in worst shape then the first one and hbk has two numbers on there door of which I called both on Saturday later to find out neither one reached anyone till Monday but everything finely worked out all in all the bumps in the road smoothed out and we have had a great two weeks. To improve things I would have instruction sheets on the tv and the ac systems and finally have the ac up and running a few hours before your guests arrive.

Amazing!

We have just had the most glorious time on jolly harbour! Stones throw away from the beach 5 min walk! The villa was awesome and on our return we would def use again. Easy, clean and on hot sunny afternoons a welcome retreat on the veranda with the sunbeds! We will be back and thank you for a glorious stay!

A fantastic villa

We truly enjoyed the visit- the villa was well equipped and in the best location to explore Antigua. The beach was 2 minutes away from the beach and a walking distance from a very good supermarket. You had a lovely terrace to enjoy breakfast or sundowners. The aircon was very good and you could use your Netflix account on the TV. Internet was good for streaming and browsing. Bring your own shampoo as this was not provided but did not bother us. It might not be the most updated villa in the area and could do with some TLC, but the price value ratio is excellent. Highly recommended and if we return to Antigua, definitely consider this villa again.

Had a great stay. Villa was perfect. Loved watching the pelicans fish off our deck. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Angie Baby the Hustler on the beach was lots of fun. Property managers were great to deal with. We rented a golf cart for the month from Randy's Taxi to get around the complex. Took the bus to St. Johns and English Harbour - easy to do. Only downfall of our trip was we found Antigua to be expensive to eat out

Quiet location, 3 minutes walk to the beach.

The house was very clean. There is a good range of cooking utensils, very helpful as eating out was not a good option for us. Very comfortable bed, best sleeps ever!! Shady rear terrace overlooking the water. About 10 mins walk from main centre and pool.
