The Ellis Lofts offer a unique getaway for your time spent in Columbus!
Situated in the heart of Italian village, the lofts are central to every attraction in the short North and greater Columbus area.
Once the home of a local electric manufacturing company, Columbus Electrical Works, the lofts were renovated to include:
- Exposed brick
- Exposed timber beam framing
- Modern large bathrooms
- New oversized windows
- Modern kitchens with stainless appliances

Guests are treated to tall ceilings, exposed brick and beams, large windows (with coverings), all with a chic industrial vibe and curated local décor. All lofts are oversized! You will love the space. Work or play, this loft has you covered!

We love being able to host your pets! Please help us maintain cleanliness during and after your stay — if additional cleaning is required, an extra cleaning fee may apply.

Cleaning
If extra cleaning is needed beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee of $100 per hour may apply.

Weather & Power Outages
We’re unable to provide refunds for weather events or power outages. Travel insurance is recommended to help protect your plans.

Weapons
For the safety and comfort of all guests, weapons or firearms are not permitted on the property. Anyone found carrying weapons will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

No Parties or Events
Please, no parties or large gatherings. A $2,500 fine may apply if this rule is broken.
