Industrial charm meets refined comfort. Highlighted by original steel beams and exposed concrete, this loft features two custom wood platform king beds and a queen bedroom. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, shuffleboard table, and bar seating overlooking the lake. A custom kitchen, dining table for eight that transforms into a poker table, and dual cable TVs create the perfect setting for entertainment and relaxation.
The Space:
This thoughtfully appointed loft may be reserved individually or combined with Osage to create a seamless six-bedroom retreat—perfect for larger groups or multi-family stays.
The first bedroom features a queen bed with its own private en-suite bath. A second bedroom includes a king platform bed, conveniently located near an adjacent half bath. The master suite offers a king platform bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom, and serene views overlooking the water—an ideal space to unwind.
Thoughtful amenities include a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, high-speed Wi-Fi, a shuffleboard table for entertainment, and a private deck with water views. A washer and dryer are provided within the unit for added convenience.

You are located above the prestigious 1932 Reserve Restaurant. Please indulge in the delicacies they offer as a high end restaurant and bar, we however do not provide any discounts for guests.
Getting Around:
You will park behind the building and walk down the steps on the right side of the building. Your unit will be to your left on the first platform of the steps.
Other Things to Note:
Please do not contact the restaurant for things you may need such as towels, etc. They are a separate entity and will not be able to assist. Please contact Aubrey or text our help line for immediate assistance.
Booking Policy: The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to reserve this property. After booking, you will receive a separate email with our full Rules & Regulations through our standard guest communication system. Please review and acknowledge these details prior to arrival.
