Located directly off the private pool deck, this loft blends historic steelwork with luxurious finishes. Enjoy two king bedrooms, a bunk loft with two twins and a twin sleeper. Three spa-inspired bathrooms, including a master suite with double basins and an oversized luxury shower. Ideal for families or groups wanting premium comfort with effortless pool access.
The Space:
This thoughtfully designed loft comfortably accommodates up to nine guests and may also be rented together with Ozark for a seamless six-bedroom experience—ideal for larger groups or multi-family stays.
The primary suite features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom, offering a restful and refined retreat. A second king bedroom, also with its own en-suite, provides equal comfort and privacy.
The third bedroom includes a twin loft bunk, an additional twin bed, and a twin pullout—perfect for children, teens, or flexible sleeping arrangements. A full bathroom is conveniently located just across the hallway.
The main living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and flows into a fully equipped kitchen, making gathering, cooking, and unwinding effortless. A walk-out patio completes the space, inviting guests to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Last 4 of booking persons phone number. Enter through the pool deck when you walk down the left side of the building. Taking the steps past the trees, the door is through pool area.
The Neighborhood:
You are located above the prestigious 1932 Reserve Restaurant. Please indulge in the delicacies they offer as a high end restaurant and bar, we however do not provide any discounts for guests.
Other Things to Note:
Please do not contact the restaurant for things you may need such as towels, etc. They are a separate entity and will not be able to assist. Please contact Aubrey or text our help line for immediate assistance.
Booking Policy: The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to reserve this property. After booking, you will receive a separate email with our full Rules & Regulations through our standard guest communication system. Please review and acknowledge these details prior to arrival.
