Welcome to Jay Cloud Cabin: your family and pet-friendly getaway located in the northern Green Mountains! This unique log cabin has been thoughtfully curated with modern-day amenities for your utmost enjoyment: a peaceful setting with a semi-private pond, three bedrooms, one bathroom, wood stove, washer and dryer available for guest use, modern decor and amenities...all while being less than 10 minutes away from Jay Peak Resort!



Pets welcome with a $100 pet fee.



The Space:

The house features three bedrooms: two bedrooms with queen beds and a double bunk bedroom (two twin-over-twin bunks), one bathroom, a heated mudroom, a fully stocked, open-concept chef's kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, and cooking essentials. You’ll find a wood burning fireplace (firewood included!), outdoor grill (we kindly ask guests to bring their charcoal of choice), high speed WiFi, a smart TV, cotton bed linens and towels, and some of the best views in Northern Vermont both outside and in... just to name a few features!



In addition, Jay Cloud Cabin is just minutes away from some of the best local attractions in the area:

* Jay Peak Resort includes Pump House Indoor Water Park, Ice Haus Arena, a top-tier golf course, outdoor swimming, a movie theater, arcade, and climbing gym: only 9 minutes away!

*Jay State Forest: 13 minutes

* Montgomery Center (dining and shopping): 20 minutes

*Newport & Newport center: Downtown area with great dining, shops & a beautiful lake: 25 minutes

*Lake Eden: a public recreation area for swimming, camping, picnic and playground: 30 minutes



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house except for the locked basement.



Other Things to Note:

Bringing your pup or cat along? They are totally welcome with an additional $100 pet fee. Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pet when you make your reservation.



The pond on the property is catch and release only. Any activities involving the pond or the consumption of fruit from trees on the property are undertaken at your own risk.



Guests may use the indoor wood stove if they certify that they will do so safely and will be responsible for any damage due to its use or misuse.



To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, please note that the top bunk beds have a weight capacity of 175 lbs.



Please note that Jay Cloud Cabin is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.
