One of the biggest reasons we love this location is its proximity to the Yacht Club Community Park, which is home to the only public beach in Cape Coral. While it’s not a short walk from our house (it’s about two miles), it’s an easy drive or bike ride and a place we visit often. We love having a beach option so close without needing to leave Cape Coral or plan a full day trip.
We’re also excited about the renovations happening in the Yacht Club area and the future rebuilding of the Boat House restaurant. It’s an area with a lot of history that’s being thoughtfully refreshed, and we love watching it continue to grow while still keeping its original charm.
This neighborhood offers the perfect balance for us quiet residential streets, canal access, and easy access to restaurants, stores, and waterfront spots. It feels relaxed and livable, not touristy, which is exactly what we look for when we travel.
