The home was in the perfect location for our getaway. The pool and hot tub were great. The outdoor kitchen got a lot of use. The home is very clean w/ high end features. The garage was great for some ping pong and air hockey. Very happy and would stay here again. Thank you.

2nd time being at Revive. Nathaniel was again so easy to work with. House was so clean and again the owners through pretty much of everything. Kids simple love the house. We will be back again in the near future!

Good house for multi-family Christmas vacation. Home is at the north end of Cape Coral, about 40 minutes from Ft. Myers beach. Not a lot to do in the immediate area, but close enough to restaurants, Publix, etc. Coordinating the pool & hot tub heater took a fair amount of communication, but Nathaniel was responsive and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable.

Nathaniel the host was outstanding. He answered every email and question I had. This made the stay very smooth and enjoyable. The house was amazing! Very clean and well maintained and taken care of. Owners really thought of everything including beach towels, chairs, coolers, and even fishing rods for our kids to fish out on the dock. I highly recommend this house for families with kids. The garage was a perfect getaway for my kids so they were always around us adults. 2-3 families can fit in this 4 bedroom house. Well done!

This was an outstanding house for my family and kids. My youngest totally enjoyed being about to use the dock and fishing rods to fish. Even caught a few different kinds of fish in the canal! Had a blast playing air hockey and ping pong in the game room garage. My kids hung out in the game room watching movies etc. House was very spacious, clean, and beautiful. Will be renting again in 2026.

I highly recommend this house! Not only was it a beautiful house, but it was fully loaded. We are still debating which part of this house was our favorite. Between the pool/hot tub, outdoor living space, fishing, game room/garage, and a good night’s rest since our beds were so comfortable, we could not have asked for a better place. It was easy to get to, along with great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We also appreciated our host, Nathanial. He was great to work with.

Our host, Nathaniel, was very welcoming and was responsive. Nathaniel was easy to contact and answered all of our questions. Coming from Punta Gorda, Revive was very easy to reach with no busy highways or difficult traffic. The amenities at the Revive were plentiful. The living spaces, cooking, and dining spaces were very nice. With so many options at Revive, inside and outside, We found it easy to find some private space to read a book or take in a webinar under the tiki on the boat dock, to relax on the sundeck, or enjoy the peaceful outside living spaces including the pool and the spa. Immersed in the outside, we enjoyed the plentiful wildlife in the area like herons, owls, and eagles. Some of our family took advantage of the game room for a long ping-pong tournament. At night, the skies exhibited a nice star show and made me miss my telescopes left behind at home. We found plenty of close-by day trip destinations to explore, like Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and the Ding Darling Nature Preserve, Captiva Island, Pine Island and Bokeelia, and Matlacha Island. The Publix grocery store is only a few minutes away and we found wonderful restaurants like the Blue Dog, the Green Flash, the Lazy Flamingo in Bokeelia, El Toro (beside Publix), and Mainly Seafood were all very good. Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island were 45 minutes or less, Matlacha and Pine Island were less than 30 minutes away. We only scratched the surface of things to do.

This house is by far my family's favorite house. It was so clean and spacious. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen was very well appointed with all the appliances, and even came with basic spices, teas, and coffee. It was so nice not to have to go buy a pan or spices that we are only going to use one time. We spent two nights cooking and grilling outside whilele the kids enjoyed the pool. After dinner time, the adults enjoyed the lovely hot tub!My family took advantage of the bikes, beach equipment, and fishing equipment that came with the house. After being there, we have concluded that we needed more time to take full advantage of this property. I loved resting on the dock while the kids fished. The garage/game room was perfect for the kids to get some time apart from the adults. We even started an air hockey tournament between the family members that ran the entire time we were there.All the beds and linens were very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toiletries. We literally just had to show up with our clothes and food for our stay. We will definitely be coming back and spending more time here.We had one question for the property manager, and Nathaniel responded quickly and professionally.
