THE LIVING AREA

The rooms are centrally air-conditioned. Living room features 75-inch flat screen smart TV you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. We even have PS4 game console with lots of games for large groups.

THE 3 BEDROOMS

The bedrooms are furnished with King bed, 3 Queen beds, 1 Baby Crib, and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep.

• Master Bedroom on the Ground Floor + En-Suite Bathroom: 1 King Bed, Baby Crib, Smart TV, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed, Smart TV

THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA

All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt.

Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside for at least 16 people. The house give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations.

2 BATHROOMS
Fully-stocked 2 Bathrooms with walk-in shower and bathtub and everything you need: shampoo, body wash, along with a hairdryer and fresh towels.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Back Yard with Mini Golf, Dining Table, and Grill. We allow pets.

Driveway parking for 4 cars or more: Enjoy the convenience and security of our spacious private garage, ensuring peace of mind.

FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite

• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation

• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them to your reservation and clean up after your pets during your stay. Let us know if you have any special requests

• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Andasol St, San Diego CA 92126" for accurate distances

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day

• If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking.

• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Our family cleans our home. In return, we hope guests treat our home like their own.

• If I book the entire home for 1 person, can I bring as many people as I want?

No. You must book with the correct guest count, including visitors counted as half a guest each, to ensure everyone is authorized.

• Security Devices?
Security Camera: One device front door garage, looking at the driveway and the pathway to the home, active 24/7 to protect the guests and the home

Noise decibel monitor: One device outside the home. Minut noise detector doesn't record anything, just detects the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged loud noise events at the home to avoid affecting the neighbors.

• Is smoking allowed? No smoking inside, only OUTSIDE the home and further away from the neighbors — please close all doors/windows and collect smoking residues/cigarette butts to prevent the smell from getting into the home
