We used this house for a bachelorette party and had a great time! The host was so easy to communicate with and help us before we arrived. The house is amazing! We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We had a great time and it was the perfect house for a Bach party.

Absolutely loved this house but most importantly the host was the best ive ever experienced. The backyard set up is great and the inside is perfect and roomy. Usually its the other way around but the pictures doesnt do its justice, the house looks even better in person !

We hosted a quiet baby shower at the home and everything was perfect. Newly remolded contemporary finished with a nice, attached but divided casita and pool. Plentiful utensils and cookware. Highly communicative owner available for any questions. Good location close to shopping, restaurants, coffee etc. I would rent again!

Our family stayed there for 2 nights to relax and attend our daughter's graduation at UCSD. We had a great time in this cozy and comfortable house. The house is very clean, well designed and nicely decorated. We loved the back yard and the well equipped kitchen also.

Our recent stay was absolutely amazing! Colleen was such a wonderful host — friendly, welcoming, and very communicative throughout the entire process. We rented this home to spend time with friends and family for our mom’s celebration of life and to celebrate Mother’s Day, and it could not have been a more perfect place for us to gather together.The house was beautiful, very clean, and exactly as pictured. The pool and jacuzzi were a huge hit with both the kids and adults and made our stay even more enjoyable. There was plenty of parking for everyone, and the location was great — close to stores and hiking trails.We truly appreciated the comfort, space, and care put into this home. Highly recommend staying here, and we would absolutely return again!

Our stay was AMAZING. This house is even more beautiful in person. I came for my bachelorette trip with 14 girls, and this house was absolutely perfect for the occasion. Colleen was an amazing host- she checked in with me to make sure everything was exactly as it should be, and was available at all times whenever I had any questions for her. The whole experience was wonderful. It felt like we were staying in a home out of Architectural Digest. I would absolutely recommend it!

Graduation weekend perfection

We rented this wonderful home to host our family for my son's graduation from SDSU. So much better than a hotel, we were able to all be together, just 15 mins from campus. The home is exactly as pictured and so well equipped from the high quality chefs kitchen, to the iron to get the creases out of his robe. The host Colleen was so warm and helpful. I really felt like I was coming to a friend's house. We will definitely be renting again!

Everything was great. Colleen was super communicative and invested in what was happening, which was really kind. Working the front door and locking the house up was super easy and straight forward. Every kitchen appliance and seasoning we needed for the time being was there. The hot tub and pool were great! The house was very clean and well organized with tons of natural light. If you are someone that likes waking up in the dark, I'd suggest making use out of the black out curtains while you sleep and shutting the master bathroom door because it gets bright fast and early! Doordash to the home was super convenient as well when we needed it, no one had an issue finding the house and an uber was always 2 minutes away. The only issue we had was the length of time we had hot water for our showers, otherwise, everything was perfect.

You are 2 blocks from Cowles Mountain that boasts many hiking trails and a beautiful sunset.
Our home is fully fenced in for privacy and seclusion. The layout of the house and back yard offer a melding of the inside and outside which creates even more space for larger groups.
There’s every amenity a house can offer and we welcome you to make our home your home during your stay.
