CHECK-IN AND STAY: Two days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.

SUPPLIES: This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel
• Laundry: One laundry detergent

PARKING
01. Parking spots are free.
02. No vehicles may be parked on any street within the Property.
03. No vehicle shall ever be parked on any lawn, landscaped portion of any Lot, landscaped portion of the Common Area and/or any other portion of the property which is not specifically designed and intended for the parking of vehicles.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES
04. All amenities are open to the guests.
05. Outdoor heated pool, cabana, gazebo, children ́s playground, walking trails and picnic areas.

TRASH
06. Waste Management provides 6 days a week dumpster service.
07. Please take ALL household trash to the dumpster and make sure to put it INSIDE the dumpsters.

DELIVERIES
08. The community does not accept deliveries or packages for any of the units.
09. Mail Deliveries: Mail deliveries must be made directly to the unit and during your stay.
10. Please ensure that deliveries are scheduled to arrive during your stay.
11. We apologize, but we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

BBQ GRILL
12. We provide the BBQ grill clean and ready for use, and we do not charge for its usage. Guests just need to purchase a propane tank refill, at the nearest retail store or propane refill station. The propane tank is located under the grill.
