One of the most flexible and expansive rental spaces in the area, you"ll never want to leave this 4,050 sq ft renovated Cape Cod beauty at the corner of Bank and Rt 28 in Harwich Port! Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Viking range and a breakfast bar. Dine together at the large table for eight, and then settle into the living area with cable-equipped 55” 4K flatscreen TV and recently upgraded comfortable furnishings. Outside, relax on your large patio, or gather around the firepit as the stars come out. An additional fully enclosed outdoor courtyard off of the kitchen and dining room offers a more private space for dining and hanging out. And when it"s time to call it a night, this home offers 7 lovely bedrooms with four queen beds, a king bed, and nine twin beds. There are primary bedroom suites on the first and second levels of the house. Travel down the stairs near the first level entry door to the lower-level apartment, perfect for guests needing privacy or just more room to spread out. It has its own kitchen, large bedroom, bath, sitting area with 50" flatscreen TV, washer/dryer and its own entrance in addition to the interior stairway! With 3 living levels and multiple primary beds/baths, this is the perfect rental for multiple families, wedding parties and other large gatherings. There is ample off-street parking for 6 cars, which may never leave the driveway once you arrive! You'll love this home's proximity to downtown Harwich Port, which offers an assortment of cafes, restaurants, shops, gourmet groceries and galleries. Beautiful Bank Street Beach is less than a quarter mile away and an easy 5-minute walk, so you can grab a beach chair and head over! Wychmere Resort/Wychmere Harbor is a short walk away. A few more minutes down Rt 28 is Saquatucket Harbor and Marina, a great attraction for shopping, eating and boating. The house is equipped with Xfinity's highspeed Gigabit/1,000 Mbps internet plan and features an eero mesh wifi system covering all 3 living floors.

"We, the bridal party, stayed at this beautiful home for our best friend's wedding weekend at Wychmere, and I truly can't say enough good things. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — the house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. It had everything we possibly needed and more.
The location could not have been better. We were just minutes from Wychmere, which made getting to all the wedding events effortless. We loved being able to walk to the beach, grab coffee nearby, and enjoy the charm of Harwich Port all weekend long.
The host was incredibly responsive and kind, and everything was exactly as described (if not better!). And so flexible with us and our large party.
This home made an already unforgettable weekend feel even more special. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting the Cape — especially for weddings at Wychmere. Absolute 10/10!"

"We had a fabulous stay in Harwichport at this wonderful house. The house is perfect for an extended family stay, and the location cannot be beat. Very clean, modern appliances, great spots for family and friends to barbeque, entertain, and just hang out. We had everything we needed provided. Communication with the owners was seamless. "We rented this property for a wedding party gathering so everyone could get to know each other. The home is such an amazing place to stay and the location couldn't be any better. Restaurants, bars and beaches are right there or a very short walk. The communication with the host was awesome from the beginning until the end. Anything I needed, help was always there quickly! The house was stocked with everything you would need. The sheets were even wrapped in a nice ribbon. The bridesmaids and maid of honor stayed on the second floor. The soon-to-be bride and groom stayed on the first floor. And the groomsmen stayed on the lower level. Everyone can't stop talking about how great the home is. The wedding is in August and now everyone knows each other. Thank you so much for making my daughter's wedding party weekend so special!"

Hello, my wife and I bought 586 Rt 28 Harwich Port in 2018. We've always wanted to run a business and wanted to have a post-retirement way to keep us busy on Cape Cod. We live in Chatham most of the spring, fall and winter so we are close by when our guests need us. We love meeting new people and helping to create memories. We absolutely love owning this property, it's such a great place!

We saw that Harwich Port was an up-and-coming town when we decided to buy in 2018. We were right! There has been much happening in the downtown area, most recently sidewalks were built all the way down to the harbor and it continues to this day with new construction under way across the street from our property. We host groups all year round with summer rentals, weddings and family/group gatherings and we are proud of the number of families that return each year.

Our property is very large and includes 3 floors of living space. The lower level boasts its own kitchen, bath, laundry, tv area and bedrooms. With so much space, we can host large groups with lots of space for people to spread out. We have a unique enclosed open air courtyard space right off of the kitchen that our guests rave about. Located at the corner of Rt 28 and Bank St, our property is right in the middle of all of the Harwich Port action and guests tell us they park their cars and walk everywhere...beach, shopping, restaurants. We have a large, enclosed back patio and lawn space where groups can grill, eat, sit around the fire pit, play cornhole or just simply relax. Check us out, you won't be disappointed!
