Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm -7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Once you arrange access through the Seabrook Island Club Amenity Office via the link we provide, your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free after SIC Amenity access is set up: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra after Amenity access is set up : Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA).

Fitness Center, Group Fitness Classes Indoor Pool: Available at a daily rate of $15 per person per day.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.

In the event that the Mayor of Seabrook Island issues a mandatory evacuation, a prorated refund will be provided for the nights affected. Please note that this policy applies only to official evacuation orders and does not cover other weather-related travel disruptions. To protect your trip against unforeseen weather events, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance

*Towels and bathing suits cannot be hung on deck railings.
*There is a 10:00 pm noise curfew on Seabrook. Please respect your neighbors.
*Please remember that not everyone is on vacation. Many people around you live on the island year round. Please respect everyone's enjoyment of the island.
*No use of fireworks, fire arms, pellet guns, bow and arrows, or sling-shots are permitted at any time.
*No walking, jogging, or biking on the golf course or cart paths.
*Please bring your own beach towels.
*Do not feed the alligators or any other wildlife at any time. Do not swim, wade, or stand along the edges of any lagoons. All our lagoons have alligators and they cannot distinguish between wildlife, humans, or pets.
*Pets must be leashed at all times, and their feces must be picked up and places in containers.
*No motorcycles are permitted on the island.
*Please note that golf carts are Not permitted on Seabrook Island roads. Low voltage vehicles are allowed. They must have a license plate, taillights, rear view mirror, seatbelts, and be able to travel at least 25 mph. Drivers must hold a valid driver's license. Not all regimes permit them as they don't have the ability to offer a place to charge them. Please reach out to Seabrook Island Property Owners office for details.
