Gulf-front condo at Shores of Panama with a private balcony, king bedroom, private bunk room with door, and two bathrooms. Sunset Suite sleeps 6 with a sleeper sofa in the living area. Full kitchen with stainless appliances plus in-unit washer and dryer. Resort amenities include the lagoon-style pool, hot tubs, indoor heated pool, and fitness center.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

This updated one-bedroom condo is set up for beachfront stays with an efficient layout and a few privacy upgrades that make a difference for groups. You will have a Gulf-facing balcony for fresh air and views, an open living area for downtime, and a full kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas stove for easy meals at home. In-unit laundry is included, which is especially helpful for longer stays.

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Bedroom: King bed and ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower, no tub)
Bunk Room: with twin-over-twin bunk, door for privacy, and access to the 2nd bathroom (stand up shower, no tub)
Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Sofa sleeper in the living room
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

This condo is designed to keep the beach the main event while still giving you a comfortable place to reset between outings. Start the day with coffee at the breakfast bar, then head out to the sand with private beach access just steps from the resort. After a full day in the sun, come back to rinse off, toss towels into the washer and dryer, and settle in for an easy night in.

The bunk room's interior door adds separation from the main living space, which is great for families or mixed groups. The balcony is the natural gathering spot for Gulf breezes, and the open living area works well for movie nights and casual meals. For extra convenience, the unit includes lightweight beach chairs and an umbrella, and the resort's beach vendor offers additional rentals for a fee.

Parking:

Required Guest Registration: All guests must pre-register online to purchase your parking pass(es) and amenity wristbands (RFID). After booking, we'll send you a unit-specific registration link. Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet. Resort Fees vary by unit size and currently cost $75-$115.

This unit has one deeded (reserved) parking space, labeled 1630. The assigned space is located on the 8th floor, near the entrance along the wall. If you have more than 1 vehicle, you must park off site and there is a public parking garage around the corner from the Shores of Panama.

Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet. Shores of Panama allows one to two vehicles per reservation (depending upon the size of the unit rented). If you bring an additional vehicle, you will need to park off-site (details below).

Current Shores of Panama Resort Fees (includes wristbands + parking pass): 1 Bedroom – $85. Rates are set by Shores of Panama and may change without notice.

Onsite Parking Details
Use the main entrance (portico) when you arrive.
Display your QR code to pick up your amenity packet and parking pass.
Garage height limit: 6'10” – Low clearance and tight turns.
Oversized vehicles (over 6'7”) may use ground-level oversized parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
Display your parking pass on the dashboard at all times.

Additional Parking Notes
Motorcycles: Park in the 15-minute zone near the main entrance.
Small trailers: Allowed only on the 12th floor of the garage.
Security: Property Patrol keeps motorcycles centralized for added safety and is available on site for parking assistance.

Offsite Parking Options
If you're bringing an additional vehicle, you'll need to park any additional vehicles in public beach lots nearby. The closest is Ripley's Believe It or Not public lot, just around the corner.

Additional public parking locations include:

2. 600 Henley Drive (at Churchwell and Front Beach Rd)
3. 11209 Front Beach Rd (at Richard Jackson Blvd)

Shores of Panama is a 23-story Gulf-front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach and, as its name suggests, perfectly situated right on the beach. This resort is renowned for its nearly 500 linear feet of stunning, white-sand coastline. Shores of Panama features a 14,000 sq. ft. lagoon-style pool, an indoor heated pool with hot tub, modern fitness center, 2 poolside tiki bars, and more.

Oceanfront views await you as well as limitless amazing activities, including nearby shopping and dining. Your private balcony is ideal for sipping a sunset cocktail before heading out to one of the many restaurants in the area.

While staying at the Shores of Panama, you'll be minutes away from everything you could need! You'll have access to beachside activities, watersports, and onsite beach chair/umbrella rentals. Wal-Mart is across the street, and you are about a mile away from Pier Park, Panama City Beach's premier shopping and dining area. You are steps away from Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar as well as Ripley's Museum. You'll be across the street from the new 810 Billiard and Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. Like to golf? Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area.

Also, there is now a poolside food hut and 1 poolside tiki bar! The food hut offers shrimp boil, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and kids' meals. There is also an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area. There are poolside lockers for guests to purchase for storing valuables when swimming.

Other details to note:

All guests ages 8 and older are required to wear their wristbands while on resort grounds (including pools, beach walkovers, and common areas).

The trash chute is conveniently located next to the stairwell, near the elevator on the same floor and side of the building.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
