Gulf View Getaway-Grand Panama-Sleeps 6. Welcome to Gulf View Getaway, a 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo at Grand Panama Beach Resort. Located on the 6th floor, this unit features a queen-size primary bedroom, a cozy bunk area for two, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room - comfortably sleeping up to six guests.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and in-unit washer/dryer. Step out onto the private balcony and soak in stunning Gulf views just across the street from the white sand beach.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present ID at check-in or any time during the stay.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:
This condo offers the perfect balance of style and functionality. The open-concept living and dining space leads to a Gulf-facing balcony ideal for morning coffee or sunset watching. The dining table seats four comfortably, while the kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs. The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the primary bedroom, twin-over-twin bunks in the hallway nook, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Two full bathrooms add convenience for families and small groups.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Finishing Touches About the Unit:
Guests will love the convenience of keyless entry, a private washer/dryer, and thoughtful design touches throughout. The unit is located in Tower II of Grand Panama Beach Resort, offering immediate access to top amenities like a lagoon-style pool, a heated rooftop pool, hot tub, fitness center, and a seasonal Tiki bar. This resort is walkable to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

Parking Instructions:
Upon arrival, enter the covered parking garage from the north side of Front Beach Road. Park in any legal, unreserved space and proceed to the Tower II lobby. Parking passes and amenity wristbands are issued at the front desk (7AM–11PM). Late arrivals will receive a temporary pass and must return the next morning by 10AM to complete check-in.

Resort Fee and Wristbands:
A $55 resort fee includes one parking pass and wristbands for all guests 13 and older. One additional parking pass may be purchased for $35. Motorcycle and trailer parking is $55 and only available during designated Biker Weeks. Wristbands must be worn at all times—replacement wristbands cost $10 each. Credit card only; cash is not accepted.

Other Details to Note:

At Grand Panama, all trash must be securely bagged before being placed in the chute—loose items are not permitted. Trash chutes are located on each floor in the hallway near the unit entrances.

Cardboard boxes should be broken down and left in the trash room, not placed in the chute. Large items such as TVs, chairs, cushions, and similar objects must never be put down the chute, as they can cause serious damage or blockages. These items should be taken to the Tower 2 trash room, located just past the lobby. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in fines, which will be charged to the responsible guest.
