The Space:

Soft morning light fills the home as you stretch out in the spacious living area, planning a day between theme parks and peaceful moments by the water. Evenings settle in gently here, whether you unwind in the game room or step outside to enjoy the warm Florida air. With room for your group to spread out across multiple floors, the home offers a calm retreat after days exploring everything nearby.



Sleeping arrangements

Seven bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across two levels to give everyone both privacy and space to gather.



On the main floor, two king bedrooms offer convenience and comfort for guests preferring first-floor accommodations with bathrooms.



Upstairs you'll find 2 additional king bedrooms, along with three unforgettable themed rooms that quickly become the highlight of the trip:



• The Rabbit Hole Treehouse — featuring a custom storybook tree with a full-size bed nestled inside the tree itself and a twin bed perched above the branches, complete with an immersive rabbit hole entrance.



• Minion Mayhem Bunkhouse — featuring custom double bunks with built-in TVs for each bed and a ball pit for endless fun.



• The Wizard's Chamber — a magical retreat inspired by the wizarding world for witches, wizards, and muggles alike.



Five full bathrooms throughout the home make it easy for larger groups to get ready comfortably.



Indoor living

The living room provides a relaxed central gathering space, complemented by a dining room that accommodates shared meals. A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances allows you to prepare meals at your own pace, supported by essentials and cookware. Air conditioning, heating, a washer, a dryer, and WiFi add the comforts needed for longer stays. Entertainment flows easily from the game room to the TV and game console.



Outdoor living

Step out to a private pool and hot tub, where warm Florida weather can be enjoyed year-round. Pool heat is available as an added option if you prefer. The outdoor patio offers space to relax, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas connected to the main living spaces.



Amenities

The home includes bathroom essentials, towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, an iron, and safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and hot water kettle. Free parking on the premises adds convenience for those arriving by car.

Your stay includes free access to the community water park and amenity center, offering additional recreation moments without leaving ChampionsGate. The gated neighborhood provides a recreation-rich environment surrounded by golf courses, dining, and easy access to major Orlando attractions.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking spaces in front of the property.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
