Wake up to the sound of the Atlantic, sip your coffee with an ocean view, and spend your days bouncing between the beach and the pool. Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway, a recharge from real life, or just some well-earned sunshine, this condo delivers the perfect dose of Vitamin Sea.

This condo was once The Texan. The Texan was the primary hotel for MTV Spring Break all the way through the 80's and early 90's. The condo - hotel has a lot of history and fun looking up the history and knowing what it must have been like at that time.

We think the location is absolutely perfect. We are exactly 3/4 of a mile from the Board Walk. Along your walk to the boardwalk you have Landshark Grille, Crabby's, The Fountain Tiki Hut, and Ocean Deck!!! That's all before you even make it to the boardwalk. Once there you have SO many selections as well. We will provide you with a digital guide book once you book. This will help you start planning all the things you want to do.
All of the above is heading north up the beach.
When heading south, not much that way other than a long walk. But, driving to the south you will find all of your grocery stores and little breakfast shops. Also listed in our guide book

Once here you will have a parking pass hanging in the condo for your vehicle. You MUST get this as soon as possible and please hang it from your rear view mirror. You will only be provided with (1) parking pass. The property only allows one vehicle per condo here. Parking is tight and heavily monitored as people try to park here to access the beach and many cars are towed because of it. But that's good for you as a guest with your parking pass. Means you should always have a spot.
Also for access here, you will be provided (2) keys. These keys will be needed to access pretty much everything here. The keys will be your way in and out of the pool, the gate to the beach and to get back in to the pool area beach access point. There is also bathrooms on the main level by the pool and you will need your key to access that as well.

This condo is simple and perfect for the weekend get away. You are able to watch the sunrise from your balcony. Watch closely and you should see dolphins almost every morning traveling up and down the coast.

transit is pretty easy here. Daytona Beach has both Uber and Lyft. We do suggest trying to have your own vehicle or rent a vehicle. A few amazing little towns near by worth the day trip to explore if you are able to. We will gladly help you plan a fun trip exploring up and down the Space Coast Beach towns.

Early Check-in Policy
Standard Check-in is 4:00pm. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Fee's apply and must be approved in advance.
Please be mindful of making sure you buy canned drinks. Glass is certainly not allowed in the pool area. AYou will need to carry a key around with you. This will be provided and it will be used to enter the pool deck, get in and out to the beach with your own private access and enter the small gym area here.
