Not every property lives up to the "glam shot" photos displayed online, but this one comes pretty close. Great location, setting, and accommodations. Would go back in a heartbeat.

This elegant Bohemian Home embraced us as we walked in with a very peaceful atmosphere. Every room was clean. We were there on a full moon and at night you could see moon shadows everywhere. Our experience was amazing. Be well Sara Stout

Beautiful, Quiet Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was perfect for our visit to the Monterey area. It was quiet enough to be able to hear the birds including a red shouldered hawk. You really felt like you were sleeping in a tree house with the amount of windows that opened up to the wooded area around the home.

We had an amazing trip with our children and grandkids celebrating an anniversary snd birthday. We cooked some great meals in the very well equipped kitchen. Every kind of appliance and utensil existed. The beds were very comfortable. If you bring small children, there are no window coverings for light. But we improvised in one room. Sanctuary's staff were so nice and helpful. We will rent the house again! We kept the children off the deck as suggested.

True Serenity

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were highly pleased with our stay. The location, architecture, cleanliness were all of high quality. It was a little confusing to see keypad locks on the doors which we really did not have to pay attention to because of the key being in the lockbox, but that’s a small detail

Even though there are other homes nearby, it was really easy to feel like you were on your own in the woods with the design and orientation of the home. We felt very comfortable in the space. We felt like we had a good understanding about the additional fees at the entrance gate based off the listing. Thank you for having us!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful experience. The home was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained—exactly as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, and we loved having easy access to nearby stores and restaurants. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the check-in/out process incredibly smooth. This home helped make our family holiday truly special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Wonderful woodsy vacation home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time staying at the pebble beach rental! The house was beautiful and clean, had all the necessary amenities. Management was quick to respond (we had a little trouble getting the access key which management helped us quickly resolve over the phone). I do think it’s worth calling out there is a vehicle fee for the neighborhood that was not clearly spelled out in the vrbo listing but was not a big deal. Worth it to stay on the 17 mile drive!
