You’ll be able to enjoy day and night Valley, Ocean, and Mountain view. The Starry Sky at night, the migrating birds in the morning, the sunrise and sunset will be unforgettable experiences. You'll feel in touch with nature but minutes away driving from the main road (#2), gas station, shopping center, hospital, airport, pharmacy, down town and more. Also you could enjoy the night club, casinos, bars, the idyllic beaches, the gastronomy, museum, water park and more.
This fabulous Villa consist of two properties in one! The main home has three bedrooms, one full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with the basics, living room, flat screen TV, spacious dining room, laundry room, pool over looking the hills, lush outdoor terrace with furniture, grill, fire pit, dominos table, and parking for three cars. There is also a queen size air mattress available.
In addition there is a super cozy and private mother in law suite fully equipped featuring a One bedroom with a queen size bed, living room has a sofa bed, laundry, kitchen, dining room, one full bathroom plus relaxing lush grounds with outdoor furniture and a above ground pool, dominos table, and fire pit. There is a grill available and parking for one car.
