The property is located a stroll away from Pools and Sandy beach. Sandy beach, the most popular of the two, is a favorite spot for vacationers and locals looking for surfing and swimming. Most of the beaches in Rincon are reef bottom but Sandy is named for its soft sandy bottom making it an ideal beach vacation spot.

First Floor Unit - The first-floor unit includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a TV and dining room. The back bedroom includes a full bathroom and leads to the pool area.

First floor also includes an outdoor dining table, two outdoor showers, sitting area and pool with lounge chairs.

Second Floor Unit - The second-floor unit includes 3 bedrooms (one of the bedrooms includes a trundle bed), 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa be, TV and dining room. The half bathroom is accessible from the outdoor patio. Watch the famous Rincon sunsets from the balcony sitting area.

Washer and Dryer are located outdoor on the second floor. The home is equipped with solar panels and 2 Tesla generators capable of powering the entire home during a power outage, as well as two 600-gallon cisterns, a must for any PR worry-free vacation!

We had a wonderful stay! We visited with close friends to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the home was perfect for our group. Check-in & check out went smoothly. Everyone was comfortable, and we especially loved being just steps away from a beautiful beach. The location and amenities made our trip relaxing and memorable. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Fun

This house was great for our group. Everyone enjoyed the pool and beautiful views. The outdoor area provided plenty of space for dining together and relaxing. Great location. Close to beaches and restaurants.

Perfect location and House

We had 10 guys stay at the house and everyone had their own bed and the house had 2 living areas and kitchens. Location is walking distance to the nearby bars/restaurants and a short drive to the other side of the hill for surf or to go to downtown. Would stay again

Place was clean. Nice location, close to beach and a few restaurants all within walking distance. Everything in the house worked well. Owner was very quick with responses. Only thing I wish there was, was something to hang towels and bathing suits outside.

Great location

We stayed at the house with 5 couples and everyone had a great time. Plenty of beds and location was perfect with a quick walk to Pools and Sandy beach. Host was very responsive.

Accommodated our large family nicely. View of ocean appreciated. Beach was actually steps away and convenient to come and go. Large table outside was perfect for meals together and protected from sun and rain. A couple of things you should know are: 2nd floor back bedroom has a leak in closet, silverware from both kitchens was not adequate. I would prefer not to use plastic, a cookie sheet or pizza pan would have been helpful, no dish cloths and only 1 dish towel for one week was not adequate. We really had a great visit in Rincon with availability to other great beaches and restaurants. Thank you!

Great Location and Perfect for Young Kids

Unreal location with ocean views. Entirely walled and fenced in for kids in a quiet dead end street with little traffic.Walking distance to great surfing and sandy beaches.

Amazing house , amazing town , just perfect .

Beautiful house with two separate apartments. You do have to go outside to get to each one . Everything was clean and beautifully decorated just like the pictures . We had some trouble with the toilet but Jose , the property manager, came and quickly got a plumber over . Jose got us extra blankets and towels whenever we asked . The washer/dryer was not working so Jose went out of his way to accommodate us . The host responded to messages quickly and solved any issue quickly . And they let us have a late check out which was very appreciated. The pool and outside space was beautiful and it was a 3 min walk to the beautiful beach . Quick walk to coffee , açaí and breakfast at Jacks Shack . We can’t wait to come back .

Great, quiet location near Pools and Sandy Beach

We had a great stay at Rincon Beach House! We were a group of 8 adults, and we were all very comfortable there. The beds were very comfy, and the sheets and towels provided were nice. The house is two separate units - the downstairs kitchen seemed to be a little better equipped than upstairs, but we made it work, and shared between units. The outdoor seating is a little lacking for a large group - there is a big table downstairs in a breezeway, which is set up for 6, but could easily accommodate 8. there are only 3 lounge chairs by the pool, and a small little couch. upstairs there are a couple of counter height chairs along the balcony, which is a great spot to enjoy the views of the water. The pool is a great size, and there is a nice mix of sun and shade back there. There is a little bit of a funky smell that we noticed by the pool, which I did inform the property manager about, so hopefully they can find the source of that. The view of the water across the street is great, and it's a short walk to pools and sandy beach, as well as the neighborhood bars and restaurants.

Our price has not change. Airbnb pricing policy has changed and they no longer provide the nightly owner’s rate. Our rate of $890/night (lower during part of the summer) with a $200 fee has not changed since we started hosting. Airbnb then adds its fee on top of those rates to show you a total price.
