★ Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
★ We recommend you purchase a travel insurance policy which will protect you in the event of an unforeseen event.
★ For same-day or last minute reservations, our swim spa servicing and outdoor setup may not be completed before your arrival. In such cases, our team will take care of it the following morning.
★ We have high speed internet available. But please understand, we are at the mercy of the local internet provider, and it is subject to unplanned/ unexpected outages.
★ All TVs are smart TV’s on which you can use your subscriptions. We request you to bring your own passwords (BYOP)
★ All linens/bath towels are provided. Beds will be made up prior to your arrival. We provide a starter kit of household goods. If you are staying more than a couple of days you might need to purchase more.
