Hermoso 6 dormitorios / 6. Retiro de 5 baños en la isla con nueva piscina climatizada recién instalada. Un montón de muebles de exterior! Esta casa de vacaciones tiene capacidad para 22 personas. Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación ... a solo 2 cuadras de todo lo que Ocean Isle tiene para ofrecer. También acceso privado a un muelle de cangrejos y un muelle en el lado del canal intracostero. Además de la piscina privada en casa, la piscina FRENTE AL MAR y la casa club están a solo 30 metros de distancia. ¡Manténgase alejado de las multitudes en los puntos de acceso público con su acceso privado al OCÉANO a través de la casa club!

My family and i had a "Girls Trip" and a lot of fun. It was close to the beach. House is big and the kitchen has everything you need. Host had great communication with the check in process. I loved that. A little lacking on decor and didn't like that we had to provide our own bedding and towels. That was a first. Overall we had fun and enjoyed the house.

We had a group of 21 for a golf trip and we stayed in 2 houses that were across the street. These houses were fantastic. Great location, well kept, and great communication. This is the first time that I've had to rent sheets & towels, although it worked out great. We don't usually go back to the same location twice, although everyone liked the whole weekend so much we plan to run it back in a few years!

LOVE the bonus beach clubhouse acccess

This house is about as close to the beach as you can get without being beachfront. The neighborhood has access to a bonus gated clubhouse with another pool halfway between the house and the beach with a private boardwalk. Loved this house! It was perfect for our large family vacation with 8 kids of all ages.

Wonderful Beach House

This beach house is excellent. We loved that every bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen has all the essentials and the house layout is perfect. The private pool and lounge chairs are well maintained. The best part is how convenient the walk to the beach is through the clubhouse. We used Angie’s Linens for our linen rental and they were great! Thank you, John for this wonderful beach house experience!!

Great property, and John was extremely helpful and responsive. Super close to the ocean front clubhouse and pool which was another great perk. We really enjoyed the layout of the house and the many beds. We had an issue with a showerhead not working properly, and John had maintenance come fix the problem very quickly. The house was close to perfect, but giving four stars because we all commented on how uncomfortable and noisy the beds were. I also have a very high standard for cleanliness. Overall, we were happy upon checkin, but there were minor things we noticed like food spills on the cabinets and hair on the bathroom floor. We also wished a few more essentials were provided like kitchen towels (we went through LOTS of paper towels) and toilet paper, at least to get us started.

Location, Location, great location!!!!

Ok, Pros: location, Pool, Well Appointed Kitchen Cons: The Cleaners missed a few things but it was taken care of:) needed multiple light bulbs.Would have been glad to replace if they were available.Linens, bring Everything!! Bath mats, mattress pad, Everything!! etc. It’s in the contract!Bedding:( All Mattresses need updating!!!I know it’s hard to have one mattress that fits all,But, all mattresses made Noises when getting up or rolling over. Deck chairs, could use a few more. A couple we couldn’t figure out how they worked, so left them alone.

Rough Start, but EXCELLENT time!

The house was in such a nice location! It had a beautiful pool and plenty of room to enjoy our Family reunion. John was a wonderful host, but he was difficult to get ahold of due to being on a cruise. The 4 stars are due to some early issues that we were able to sort out, but it took some time and patience. I recommend this property as I know under perfect circumstances, issues would have been resolved in a more timely manner. We hope to be back next year if we are able to host another Family Reunion!

Quiet street with friendly neighbors, quick walk to the clubhouse/beach. House is roomy, clean, good sized pool, great outside spaces. John was a dream owner to work with, quickly responded when we had questions. He went above and beyond and we can’t recommend this house enough!

Wonderful place

Our whole family (18 of us) stayed at this house and it was absolutely perfect John was super friendly and willing to answer all our questions. Upon arrival the house was clean and it was more than we expected We had lots of room for everyone and more the walk to the beach was just a few minutes The house pool was enjoyable in the afternoons and the club house pool was perfect break from the ocean we had such a great time we are already picking our dates to come back next year

Labor Day fun

The house is amazing ! It is set up so nice and the pool is great. Short walk to the beach with club pool access. The only negative we have were that the beds weren’t very comfortable. Other than that we wouldn’t change a thing ! We will book again !

Lesson learned: You also need a gracious host

The last couple of places I have rented for our annual family reunion were nice - close to the beach, nice furniture, adequate kitchen but they lacked one thing: a gracious host. My questions about the property were ignored or replies were demeaning and hostile. But this year John has answered all questions quickly and with grace - even the "stupid" ones. This property has all the great amenities that are listed and one more that isn't: the host. Thanks John for an extra special reunion.

Great location!

John was an amazing host. Responsive to all my texts and it was so nice to actually speak with him prior to our trip. The house did have some cleaning issues and John offered to have the crew come back the next day. The reason for a rating of 4 is the house was not as well stocked as most of the OIB rentals we have had in the past. No dish towels, missing things such as can opener, grill lighters, no pantry items other than salt and pepper. Pool was a great size and we really enjoyed it. House had a few maintenance issues but I let John know about them all and he said he reported them to maintenance so I’m sure they will be taken care of soon. Very short walk to the beach through the clubhouse. Loved that we could walk to the weekly vendor fair, ice cream and shops! Our family of 15 had a great week.

Great House and Location

House was great and as advertised. Very clean. Pool is very nice, and access to the clubhouse is a huge bonus. The owner John was super friendly. Would stay here again.

Perfect vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. We booked this house while we were in Ocean Isle Beach for our wedding. We had plenty of room for our family. We were able to host a rehearsal dinner. The location is great. We loved the pool! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

This is our families 2nd time staying at one of John’s properties. He is always responsive to questions and great to work with. This house is great for a big family trip. The bedrooms are good sizes, great location for easy beach access, and it was very clean. We would definitely rent this again!
