The Space:

🏝️Ground Floor:



- Living Room: Comfy lounge area with an extra-large couch, perfect for a quiet evening after a day of surfing.



- Kitchen: Open & fully equipped with high-end appliances.



- 2 Bedrooms: With king-size beds, A/C, and ocean views. Each room has a TV, a walk-in closet, a workspace and a private bathroom with Italian shower & soft towels.



🏝️First Floor:



- Palapa lounge :A dream spot to relax, with an extra-large couch, sipping wine & watching sunset. This space also has a 11-guest dining table for shared meals with loved ones.



- King Bedroom: Comfortable king-size bed, A/C, and an ocean-view balcony with a hammock. Includes a TV, walk-in closet, workspace, and private bathroom with an Italian shower and soft towels.



- 3 Beds Room: A Group-ready space that can accommodate up to 5 guests. It features two queen-size beds, one single bed, a TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.

Guest Access:

Full access to the house, pool, and garden, outdoor parking on the property, private stairway to the beach.



The small house and garage outside the main house are not accessible to guests.

***WATER*** The water is safe to drink from all taps in the house, thanks to our built-in filtration system.



***POOL*** Our gardener Francisco comes by on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings to care for the pool and garden-he’s quick, discreet, and won’t disturb your stay.

Puerto Escondido is a tropical region with diverse wildlife. Casa Julia is surrounded by a lush garden, and despite our best efforts, insects or other small creatures may enter, especially if doors are left open. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of encountering lizards, insects, birds, bats, and cats. We provide repellents and insecticides and are available if further assistance is needed.
