Guest access
- You’ll check yourself in easily using the smart lock keypad.

- You have exclusive access to Unit #2 which is found on the 2nd floor.

-You have access to the private roof top lounge area.

*You must be 24 years or older to book this home and a government issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation.

By booking, you agree to all of the following rules and agreements. Please message us with any questions you have!

1. Smoking, drugs, and vape use is NOT allowed inside and outside the property. There is a $1,000 fine if discovered.

2. Parties are NOT allowed at this property, including loud music and gathering during quiet hours. Quiet Hours are 9PM - 8AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering OR surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund. There is a $1,000 fine if discovered.

3. There's no daily housekeeping. For long-term stays (over 30 days), deep cleaning can be requested for $300 per cleaning. This process takes 4-5 hours, similar to checkout.

4. You will be charged twice the current price for any missing or damaged items including, but not limited to stained towels/sheets), as well as $200 USD for each lost, missing, or damaged remote.

5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are NOT allowed. Children are considered guests that must be stated in the reservation. We do not allow visitors unless discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night.

6. Pets are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.

7. We do NOT allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you're staying at. You may deliver items to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered or lost mail.

8. The following activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Host and will incur location fees: filming, professional photography, coordinated events or parties, miscellaneous commercial activities, music recording, or endeavors which typically incur a location expense beyond lodging. Please contact the Host for location fees.

9. Guests shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Household inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectable level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home.

10. Unapproved late check-out will incur a fee of $100/hr. Checkout is at 10 AM.

11. Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or deaths that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Assigned Parking Information
-One vehicle may be parked in the enclosed garage. You will need to get the key that is kept in the apartment, in a basket on top of shoe rack to open the garage.

-Please note: The garage is a tight turn and enclosed, so please park carefully.

-You may also pull in front of both garage doors and park outside the garage.

-Use caution when exiting the garage as it is a tight turn.

-Please note that all other parking spots in the driveway belong to other renters. Kindly avoid parking in their designated spaces.

Additional Parking:
-Extra vehicles must use street parking nearby.
-Please read all posted signs carefully to avoid tickets or towing—we cannot be held responsible for any parking violations.

PROPERTY DISCLOSURES:
We have two, actively recording cameras, one overlooking the front entrance and one overlooking the rooftop lounge which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area.

Minut Home Sensor:
-To maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors, the property is equipped with a Minut Home Sensor. This device monitors noise levels & cigarette smoke and sends notifications if they become excessive. Minut sensors do not record sound or visuals, ensuring guest privacy is fully respected.

Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.

Security Reminder
-Please make sure to lock all doors when leaving the property. Note that the door does not close automatically, so double-check that it’s fully shut and locked.

-For your safety, we recommend keeping personal belongings secure at all times. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during your stay.

Adult Supervision Required
Children must be supervised at all times and no children under the age of 16 should be on the roof deck unsupervised to ensure safety while on the property.

By booking, you agree to comply with the above Rules & Agreements. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.
