Clean cozy amenities over abundant pet friendly beautiful views peaceful there is plenty of things to do fairly close by with a variety of restaurants and bbq to choose from and host is amazing would definitely book again

This was a beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful sitting in the swing while my husband fished from the banks. The lake was beautiful!

We always enjoy our stay at this cabin. It’s very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and appliances are up to date. Our little dog loves it here. The deck is large and comfortable. A lovely view of the lake. Hope to stay again in the future

We had a great stay at this cabin. It was exactly the kind of place we were looking for for a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing getaway. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and had everything we needed for our stay. Overall, a lovely spot for a relaxing getaway.

We stayed in Cozy Cabin for two nights, so we could attend a gathering on the other side of the lake. We only used the cabin for sleeping and watching tv. We would have spent more time enjoying the view; except the the water level in the lake was very low. The TVA annually lowers the water level, so the picture of the cabin and lake on VRBO is not accurate for this time of year. We didn't know that at time of booking otherwise... The cabin was very clean except in the second bedroon there was a unusual smell in one of the corners. It wasn't overpowering, but it was noticable on one side of the bed and I did let the owner know. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it looked like it was well equipped. The owner was great with communication. There is a hot tub which I did look at, but we didn't use. It looked inviting. Owner might want to update info about wifi connections and checkout procedures on VRBO. Different information is posted in the cabin, some of which we didn't see until we were ready to leave, since we didn't use the kitchen. Overall it is a Cozy Cabin and might be wonderful, but for us it was just ok.

Cabin itself is nice. We have stayed here almost every year for the last 10 years. Due to this last experience we believe it to be our last. Cabin:Two bedrooms - both with king sized beds.Updated kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen has all basics. Shower floor does not drain properly due to floor not being level, was very dirty with soap residue and had a smell coming from drain when in the shower.Multiple spots for seating on porch with hot tub. Beautiful view of lake.Cons:Owners cabin is right behind the cabin, their porch overlooks the porch which leads to minimal privacy when trying to relax on porch or in hot tub if they are also outside, we ended up not using either spaces much due to it. Felt like every time we stepped outside we had someone looking down on us or had to censor ourselves due to kids just feet away. Owners have atv on premise which they will use to drive by property and is very loud.Neighbors next door have dogs they let run loose off leash and will show up on the property. We voiced our concerns as we had a dog of our own and she was not as dog friendly. We ended up leaving early after being bullied and harassed by said neighbors. Their dog showed up again and started barking at our dog through the slider door while we were inside trying to enjoy a movie. After asking them to please come get their dog we had to spend the next hour listening to them yell slurs and other profanities at us until we were too uncomfortable and chose to leave.

Both times when you contacted our office with concerns, they were addressed immediately. When we last spoke with the gentleman in your cabin, he was comfortable with the resolution.

A great little dog friendly lake cabin with a wonderful view and spacious lawn. We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the hot tub and the view of the natural, undeveloped OHV trails park across the lake. The cabin and kitchen was well appointed and the host was very nice.
