The apartment is 2BR approx 1000 square feet, with a large living room with sofa, fully equipped kitchen with a central seating area that can accommodate up to 4 guests.

One Bedrooms has a King sized bed and second has queen size bed with memory foam mattress for your comfort.



Enjoy a cozy living room with a sofa and 60” Smart TV, a dining table, a full sized kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, stove & oven, and all the cookware for meal and dinner preparation.

Linens, towels, pillows, and high-speed WiFi are also provided for your convenience Washer & Dryer in the apartment.



Situated in a small, well-maintained boutique Elevator building, this home offers a rare level of privacy in one of NYC’s most desirable neighborhoods. With top restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and transportation just steps away, this is West Village living at its finest—just bring your suitcase and make yourself at home!

Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April through the summer, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!

clubs. Anything and everything can be had from a great burger and fries from the Corner Bistro to an intimate candlelit dinner

at One if by Land, Two if By Sea.

Established restaurants in the neighborhood include Blue Ribbon, The Fatty Crab, Pastis, The Spotted Pig, Il Mulino, Tomoe
