The Space:

Situated on a charming street in the East Village, the apartment is in a historic building more than 100 yrs old but was fully renovated to today's standards. There is a large main living/dining room with high ceilings, great sunlight (as we're on the 4th floor), and brand new kitchen that opens to the dining area.



There are two bedrooms, the primary with a king bed that can be split into twins, and an en suite bathroom (shower), as well as large closets. The second bedroom has a daybed that pulls out to a king bed, this room is set up as a TV room and office space but equally comfortable as a bedroom, and also has a closet. There is a full bathroom (tub) outside the second bedroom.



Washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, all the usual appliances in the kitchen.



The Neighborhood:

The East Village has an endless array of dining choice, Tomkins Square Park, public library nearby, walk to the East River promenade in 10 mins, or 20 min walk to Washington Square Park. Some of the best bagels in the city around the corner, a French bakery across the street and a Scandinavian bakery 2 mins away. Plenty of cozy cocktail lounges, supermarkets, fruit/vegetable stands and many colorful characters that make up amazing NYC!
