Did someone say hot tub? :) Enjoy old school lake life at this quintessential, pet-friendly, waterfront cabin chocked full of fun things to do and plenty of places to plop! The property accommodates up to 9 w/ 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, multiple outdoor dining options, outdoor sofa, corn hole, HOT TUB, water slide, kayak, outdoor sofa, fire pit & more!

The Property
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King-sized bed with private ensuite that includes two vanities, tub/shower combo and commode.
Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed
Bedroom 3: Twin over full bunk bed, TV
Bedroom 4: King-sized bed located in an open loft above the kitchen/living room accessible by spiral staircase. This room is a loft and not an enclosed bedroom.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: Private bath connected to the Primary bedroom and includes a tub/shower combo & 2 vanities.
Bathroom 2: is located on the home's main floor and consists of a single vanity and tub/shower combo.
Bathroom 3: half bath located on the home's main floor.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances including refrigerator, freezer, electric flat-top range and dishwasher, Keurig & drip coffee makers (bowl filters provided), toaster, pots and pans, and plenty of dishes, cutlery and kitchen gadgets & utensils!

Living Room:
Large, brand new sectional sofa overlooking the back deck and lake, large TV, board games, books and movies

Outdoor Amenities:
- Complimentary use of the hot tub is included with every rental
- Spacious back deck with dining for 10
- Charcoal grill (guests should bring their own charcoal)
- Double decker dock with water slide, kayak, sectional sofa, dining table, bar table & deep water
- Guests are welcome to bring a boat and tie it along the side of the dock

Lake access: the house is located at the top of a steep hill and guests will need to walk down a long staired path to get to the water/dock. People with mobility issues may have difficulty - fortunately, the lake view from the house (and hot tub) is breathtaking!

Guess Access
Guests have access to the entire home and property with the exception of owner's closet and owner's shed.

Interaction with Guests
We are available via app or phone and have resources nearby who can help during your stay with any needs that arise.

Other Details
All linens are provided including sheets, duvets and towels. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest along with 1 hand towel per bathroom. We ask that linens remain inside the home and that guests bring towels to use outdoors. We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing pods, dish soap, garbage bags and other household necessities. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, cups, wine glasses, pots & pans, toaster and other kitchen essentials. We also have a Keurig and drip coffee maker (bowl filters) and plenty of mugs.

Due to potential allergies, we do not provide personal care products or laundry detergent.
