Welcome to this cozy and well-appointed condo located in the highly sought-after Snowcreek Resort, one of Mammoth Lakes' most desirable communities. This 2-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath townhome comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and scenic surroundings.
Upon entering the condo, head upstairs to the main living area featuring an open-concept floor plan designed for relaxing and gathering. The living room offers a comfortable couch, TV, and access to a private deck—ideal for enjoying fresh mountain air. The adjacent dining area flows seamlessly into a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with generous counter space and seating at the kitchen bar, making meal prep and entertaining easy.
Downstairs, you'll find two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom, along with access to a private patio that opens directly to the beautiful Mammoth Creek Meadow—perfect for peaceful mornings and evening sunsets. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and convenient access to the second bathroom located just off the hallway. A washer and dryer are also located on this level for guest convenience.
The open loft overlooks the living area below and provides additional sleeping space with a full bed and a twin bed, making it ideal for kids or extra guests. An Aero Bed is also provided for additional sleeping in the living room. There is ample storage for skis and outdoor gear in both the entryway and the outdoor storage closet.
