Guests also have access to a private backyard, ideal for morning coffee, evening wine, or relaxing after exploring San Diego. With AC throughout, everyone stays comfortable all year long.



The downstairs studio is a cozy, self-contained haven with its own kitchenette, full bathroom, and private patio, giving guests a peaceful outdoor nook to unwind. It’s perfect for those who want a bit more separation or a quiet workspace.

• Unit comes equipped with a pour over coffee maker.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
