To maximize space, the second sleeping area is a Murphy bed located in the living room, which functions as the second bedroom when the bed is extended.
As space is at a premium in New York City, we recommend reviewing the photos carefully to see the Murphy bed set up and understand the sleeping arrangement.
The Space
Upon entering, you’ll find a thoughtfully furnished living area that easily transforms into a comfortable second bedroom. The queen-size Murphy bed folds down smoothly, offering a cozy and practical sleeping space while allowing the room to function as a living area during the day.
For added convenience, the space includes a microwave, mini fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker, making it easy to enjoy light meals, snacks, and your morning coffee during your stay.
Guest Access:
The guest will have access to the entire unit as well as any amenities provided. Please, make yourself at home.

Located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, our apartment puts you steps from some of New York City’s most iconic sights. You’re within easy walking distance of Bryant Park, Times Square, Grand Central Terminal, Fifth Avenue, and Broadway, making it ideal for sightseeing, shopping, and shows.
The neighbourhood is extremely walkable and well connected by multiple subway lines, making it easy to explore all of Manhattan. Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and everyday conveniences, this central location offers the perfect balance of city energy and comfort for your New York stay.
