The host very responsive. The location was absolutely perfect for what we were looking to do, close to the subway, lots of restaurants and shops around, however the house was tucked away from hustle and bustle. The amenities met our needs and the beds were extremely comfortable.

This property is an excellent value for the money. The location worked well for us. As advertised, it is tight for 3 or more adults. The only real issue for us is that the key and front door lock do not work well together. Would suggest replacing that lock and key combo.

Apartment is very well set up. Has 2 seperate rooms so very good for 4 adults . Kitchen also has everything needed for the stay. 1st Avenue train station is 2 min walk , also you have all different cuisine restaurants on 2nd Avenue . If you want are comfortable taking trains to Manhattan, then this place is good to stay.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a great time in this home. Centrally located to amazing food from all over the world. and close to all the New York must sees. Host was very responsive, check in was smooth and the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.

After an initial mix up with checking in process, everything was very good. At our request a kettle was supplied, as we couldn't survive 4 days without a cup of tea!

Excellent Place!

This apartment is even better than the listings and pictures suggest. It’s a ground floor apartment that runs the entire depth of the building from the Street to the back. There’s a private outdoor space in back. Nice appliances including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The linens are also very nice. And the location is terrific too, lots of stores and restaurants close by.

Great place, great neighborhood

This apartment was a great place for our family of 4 with 2 tweens to stay for a sightseeing visit to NYC. Comfortable and quiet. The apartment was plenty nice - having two bedrooms plus two full baths was certainly a step up from a single hotel room plus nice linens, well-outfitted kitchen, in-unit laundry. It was fun to be in East Village close to lots of good food (check out Smor, Velseka) and transportation. The communication before check-in was a little confusing but the host was responsive and we got the info we needed before arrival which went smoothly.

Great location for getting to the subway and for finding food! Trader Joe’s and target both close. Spacious enough for two couples to not be on top of each other all the time. Great set up with two bedrooms and bathrooms at opposite ends. Kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to dine in-however there were so many restaurant choices that making food wasn’t an option for us!! Having the ability to do laundry with the washer and dryer in was amazing!Along the way I had a couple questions which were quickly responded to! Took screenshots of all the specific instructions that were very clear and helpful!Would definitely come back again!

This was ideal for a family of four with older children. We do not like to share a single hotel, and this met all of our needs. We loved the accessibility of coming and going as we pleased, and it is ground floor so there are no long Elevator waits. The apartment was clean and adequately furnished. The neighborhood was quiet, and just a little off the beaten path to avoid the busy tourist areas. It felt like it was our own place in NYC. I would highly recommend this!!

Cute place in great location

Overall this suited our needs well. The layout was such that we had enough bathroom privacy, enough room for our belongings and luggage, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location is great, especially if you like being near restaurants.We struggled to get in at first because a key piece of the entry info wasn't included which was initially stressful, but they were very responsive. The unit is spacious and perfect for what we needed. One of the AC units was dripping so badly that we could not use it, but because it was not as hot as it can be during the summer, we did not continue messaging management once we let them know that we had to turn it off. The small kinks could be easily resolved, and overall, this apartment is a great price for the space. Having two bathrooms is especially helpful when you have multiple people getting ready in the morning.
