This is a great home. Big enough for our family with everything we needed. The location in Burbank is walkable to many things, and a quick drive to many other things. Communication with the property managers was easy and quick.

Communication was with a service- AI assist of some sort and a management company - I did not meet/talk with the owners. It was totally frustrating. Something I had to do almost daily over something. I have asked for a full refund which has been refused.Pros: Beds & couch were comfortable. Quiet, nice neighborhood - older home. 2 levels-not in description. Some updates to home. I did not go on a vacation to manage repairs to a home, but that is what I did.Cons: Day 1: Kitchen: water on floor - refrigerator broke down; sink faucet hanging -not bolted down, pot filler & stove vent filter leaking, dirty countertops/cabinet fronts, shelf w/o pegs. Upstairs: lightbulb fixture hanging, window blinds broken, curtain rod broken, a shelf broken, and toilet clogged. Day 2&3: Refrigerator delivered, cleaner came; handyman (Luis) came-fixed some. Needed Spa app to operate. Log in info does NOT show in messages. Took many messages to get log in info separately. Luis fixed. Spa stopped heating up mid-way 2nd week. Pool service said it worked; it did not. Day 4: Could not get TV to work - need to use multiple remotes. Luis fixed remotes. Heat never worked properly. Luis couldn't fix - brought space heaters which we would not use-dangerous. 1st floor shower leaked thru door-Luis fixed but couldn't use for 2 days. Outside: gas grill-dirty & no auto light. All furniture all unusable-dirty/broken. Luis cleaned grill. Cleaner wiped down furniture. More, but no space to list.

This was such a cozy and comfortable home. I especially loved the master bedroom, the fully stocked kitchen (pots, knives, blender, etc), and the pool. I look forward to coming back soon!
