? House Rules

1. Check-In and Registration

- We require the guests to send the ID's prior arrival.
- Valid government-issued ID is required for all guests at check-in.

2. Smoking and Nuisance

- No smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoors within 25 feet of entrances, windows, or air intakes.
- No loud noises or disturbances between 11 PM and 7 AM.

3. Guests and Visitors
- Only registered guests may access the unit and amenities.
- No unregistered visitors are allowed.

4. Pets
- Max 2 pets per unit, each under 25 lbs.
- Pets are not allowed in common areas or amenities.
- Guests with pets must clean up after pets and repair any damage caused.

5. Common Areas and Amenities
- Amenities are for registered guests only: pool, rooftop, gym, sauna, spa, coworking, entertainment areas, and sports courts.
- Proper attire is required in all indoor common areas (shirts, shorts/pants, shoes). No swimsuits alone.
- Follow posted rules for each amenity. Loss of wristbands or towels may incur a fee.

6. Pool and Spa
- Children under 17 must be supervised.
- Shower before entering.
- No glass, food, or pets allowed.

7. Parking and Security
- Only registered guests may use parking.
- Lost key fob: $100 USD. Lost parking card: $150 USD.

8. Trash and Recycling
- Trash must be bagged and fit the chute (max 13 gallons).
- Large items and boxes must go to the ground level/loading dock.

9. Safety and Responsibility
- Guests use amenities at their own risk.
- Report any damage or unsafe conditions to management immediately.
- No horseplay, skateboards, bicycles, or scooters in common areas.
