Enjoy an open-concept living space, full kitchen, dining for 8 plus kitchen island seating, washer/dryer, and BBQ. Relax on the large wraparound deck or unwind in the jacuzzi tub (in unit). Village/community center amenities include pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis, pickle ball, and more - plus free onsite parking.

Make this your go to home base for year-round adventure in the Poconos! Hit the slopes in winter, hike and bike in the warmer months, cool off at nearby waterparks, and enjoy local shops, dining, and endless outdoor activities just minutes away.

Step into a cozy, rustic living space designed for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and full kitchen, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Enjoy a spacious dining table for 8 plus additional seating at the kitchen island. The home also features a washer and dryer on the first floor for added convenience, along with a half bathroom just off the kitchen.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms and a loft.
The first floor includes two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another with two full beds. There are also two full bathrooms on this level: one featuring a relaxing jacuzzi tub and the other with a shower/tub combo.
Upstairs, the loft offers two queen beds and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, creating a great private space for additional guests.

Unwind on the spacious private deck located off the main level—perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air year-round. Fire up the BBQ grill for an easy outdoor meal or relax after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring the Poconos.

What to Bring:
Just your clothes—everything else is taken care of. Host House provides fresh linens, bath towels, and essential toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You’ll also find kitchen essentials such as dish and laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and more.

Please note the unit does not have air conditioning however, in the winter, fall and spring typically only heat is required as its much cooler in our mountainous climate. There is a baseboard electric heating system which keeps the condo warm and cozy in the colder months.

Listing Notes:
Parking: Up to two vehicles may be parked in front of the condo. Overflow parking is available by the community center at the bottom of the hill for a 3rd vehicle.

Shared amenities: You`ll have the entire condo to yourself. All spaces and entrance are private. The community amenities like the pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts, etc are shared.

HOA: Our condo is located in a private HOA called the Village at Camelback. After booking, paperwork will be sent that must be submitted to use before arrival.

HVAC: Please note the unit does not have air conditioning however, in the winter, fall and spring typically only heat is required as its much cooler in our mountainous climate. There is a baseboard electric heating system which keeps the condo warm and cozy in the colder months.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
