GUEST ACCESS:
As our guest, you'll have access to Rosemary Beach's private amenities, including the gated beach walkovers and the four community pools.

Rosemary Beach provides two (2) Guest Amenity Key Cards for this home, and these are the only key cards issued by the HOA for the property. These key cards are used to unlock the gated entrances to the private beach walkovers and community pools.

You do not need one key card per person. One key card can be used for your entire group when entering together. We provide two key cards simply so your group has the flexibility to split up if needed.

You'll find both key cards hanging just inside the entrance when you arrive. Please bring one with you whenever visiting the beach or pools, as you'll need it to access the gated entrances.

At checkout, please return both key cards to the same location inside the home. If a key card is lost, missing, or damaged, a replacement fee will apply to cover the HOA's reissuance cost.

Living Room:

Features 12 foot ceilings with floor to ceiling windows and multiple doors to allow in ocean breezes. Large open floor plan, combining living / kitchen / dining areas offers one of the largest living spaces in Rosemary. New large flat screen Smart TV, new large sectional sofa, and a remote controlled gas fireplace. Half bath is right around the corner.


Kitchen and Dining areas:

All needed cookware, all necessary small and large appliances, beverage station, pantry cabinet, kitchen and hand sinks, bar seating for 3 and table seating for 8. Connected to the kitchen is a large screened-in porch with seating for dining overlooking the heated pool. Sonos speaker for enjoying music.


Pool Area:

Heated pool (see below for rates), patio seating, and new gas grill.


Master Bedroom 1:

Located on level 2. Features a king size bed w/ brand new pillow top mattress, 600 count linens, flatscreen TV, desk, dresser, and walk-in closet. Access to two balconies; one that is shared with master bedroom 2 and direct access to a private screened-in porch overlooking the pool. En suite bathroom with stand-alone Jacuzzi jetted tub and separate shower.


Master Bedroom 2:

Located on level 2. Features a king size bed w/ brand new pillow top mattress, 600 count linens, flatscreen TV, and dresser. Access to side balcony, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3:
Located on level 3. Features a king size bed w/ brand new pillow top mattress, 600 count linens, flatscreen TV w/ DVD player, and dresser. A full bathroom is just outside the bedroom door.


Bedroom 4:

4 bunks accessible directly from bedroom 3 with doors for privacy.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 make for a wonderful family suite or a place for all of the children to sleep while the adults enjoy master bedrooms 1 and 2 located on the second floor.
